Support staff behaviour is not good, Only 1 payment option UPI. Daily upi limit is 1 lakh and server issue many times. We suggest card and another payment gateway start

Official showroom & service centre for Hero Motor products in Jamtara city. The service Department is decent in customer relationships. But please bear patients if you appear for service of your bike/scooter coz it's gonna be time-consuming, and overall it's a wholesome place to hop in for your bikes regular checkups.

The work I had to do there, everyone spoke very well and my work was also done very well and I would like to the special thanks to Govind Rawani whose he helped me a lot for my work and explained to me all about it..

Worst service I have ever had, They can't complete their work in given time.

I found well behaved staff in maintenance work..There should be some sitting space in servicing area.

Sales part is not good.. But the service part is fantastic.
