My recent stay at Ramee Royal Resort in Udaipur was nothing short of enchanting! Nestled amidst the picturesque landscapes of Udaipur, this resort boasts an enviable location that offers breathtaking views and tranquility. The picturesque setting elevated the overall experience, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. What truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by the staff. Their warmth, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay were commendable. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was met with genuine hospitality, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms were tastefully decorated, offering modern amenities while maintaining a touch of local charm. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, ensuring a relaxing retreat throughout my stay. Additionally, the resort's culinary offerings were delightful. The diverse menu and exquisite flavors showcased the richness of local cuisine, leaving my taste buds thoroughly satisfied. Overall, Resorts exceeded my expectations with its stunning location, exemplary service, and a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. Although outside of the City. But with a great view. Our cottage room has a small kid pool also ( but not very useful). The staff is welcoming. Can't say about food as was there to attend marriage by outside catering.

This place is Quite Cool and huge with a good scenic view but for people who are looking place near the city, I suggest not going here as this place is a little bit far from the city. This place has inter-connected rooms facility and a big balcony, and there are other categories with private pool place but not that big, they also have good parking spaces. Didn't like their breakfast we were for three days and consecutively we have the same type of breakfast all three days we were served dosas(live counter)which were tasty but you can't eat the same thing for three days. Overall good place with a decent location but far from the city.

A bit away from the city, not really very reachable and the food is also not so good. I feel the resort is good enough only for weddings and stuff. I wouldn't go there for a dinner specially. But their upcoming disco cum bar is a real attraction, I'd recommend visiting that once for sure.

The staff behaviour is pathetic. The restaurant manager Yashwant was very rude in his behaviour. The resort has poor coordination between staff. When we came, they gave us a dirty room which was just checked out by someone. After raising the complaint they changed the room. They were giving an excuse that somehow it was showing wrong status in the system.

We went for the anniversary party and have look to the property, property is huge and beautiful. They have a swimming pool. And what attracted me was those private villas . I love them and honestly i would definitely plan a day to spent here.

One of worst experience in such 5-star hotel. As soon as u arrive, unless u pay 100% for ur entire stay, they will keep arguing and will never allocate room. 50% advance was paid by us almost 3 weeks back, but they didn't allow checkin till we pay 100%. They never convey this in their booking but arrogant way says it's their policy, not sure where to read their such policy. It took us 1.5hrs to check in due to this despite we had paid in advance. Imagine such situation at 7:30pm when we came after 5 long hrs of travel. 1)Welcome drink on arrival not offered. After asking the reason, they say, it's kept in reception n we should ask. 2) Cocktail/pint beer: They say, it's not available. 3) "Premium cottage with plunge pool" was booked. But pool has lots of insects n no cocktail/plunge feature. After asking, they say they stop it after 8pm. It's private plunge pool n if it is not available after u come back hotel after hectic city tours, it's waste of money. 4) Rooms doesn't have carpet, so floor gets wet n humid and flooring is extremely ordinary. No luxury feeling. Chairs in room are iron chair, not at all comfortable to sit. 5) Bathroom shower section doesn't have door, so water spill all over and water gets accumulated all around, which tends to get inside room. 6) Various calling services numbers are verbally told or writing by hand on notepad. No professional approach here. 7) Housekeeping is not responding for hrs and even if they respond, no guarantee that they attend u. 8) Food is very monotonous n bit blunt. Not much Rajasthani touch. Your vacation mood gets spoiled due to this approach. And such a huge money u spent becomes waste. Hotel location, outside cleanliness, greenary are excellent.

Our natural view journey as a couple...it was admirable, staff behavior are amazing and beautiful communication, and especially hospitality was , and thankful to all services, definitely we will visit again here.
