Good and great things: - spacious rooms - one of the few hotels with family rooms with 4 beds and 2 attached bathrooms (I give 6 star for this) - car parking is good - room tariff is reasonable - hotel staff are friendly - food is good - lobby is good - room view is good - We are family of 5, taken an extra bed. Got decent sized cot & bed. - no bar attached Not so great things - I would look for more friendly check-in and check-out timings than current 1:00 pm check-in and 11:00 am checkout - old hotel, many things are pretty old (they are renovating though) - Overall - I would go to this hotel again when I visit Tirupati - I highly recommend this for families of size 4-6 or more, especially with grown up children who needs a separate bed

Good hotel in prime location....well trained staff.. rooms are old need to upgrade immediately.... Bath rooms are with old fittings ... Rest everything is fine.. seen some renovated rooms... May be for my next visit I can see entire hotel will be renovated.... All the best...

My trip here was amazing.. the rooms are very clean. The food was veryyy tastyyy.. the kitchen staff was very sweet and helpful.. My stay here was amazing and enjoyable.. i would recommend it always

We have gone on many package tours with great hotels, this time we went through TS tourism which is known for good accommodation but this hotel was the worst one could stay in, especially with Senior citizens and kids. Rooms are not cleaned after previous accommodation and the staff is very disrespectful to tourists part of package tours. They claim that people in package tours should stay in rooms however dirty they are and they say staff doesn't need to clean. This hotel has to be removed from packages because of the way they look down upon them. They do not even provide floormats upon request, rooms stink, the bed sheets are very very dusty. Staff are rude and do not even care if asked to send cleaning staff. I am giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. We request TS tourism to rethink their ties with this hotel.

Front desk Lakshmi is very cordial and customer friendly. Always she has smiley face and speaks nicely and explains all rules & regulations etc in a manner that is well accepted. Overall, good quality hospitality can be expected from this resort. Thank you Lakshmi you made our stay comfortable & memorable. R Eswar

Friendly and courteous staff and awesome food are the highlights of this hotel. An ample parking area is available. Rooms and furniture show their age. A bit of deep cleaning and a bit of spruce up would do a world of good and may push the hotel into a higher category one. Complained about a minor issue about the shower and it was attended immediately. Impressed with the customer centric approach of the staff and they are polite and friendly. Maurya, their restaurant, deserves a top rating. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay and the food was excellent every time. Kudos to the cook and his team and the staff for their excellent service. Will stay again during my next visit to Tirupati.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable and the staff was outstanding.I want to give a big shoutout to the housekeeping executive Vasuhe did an outstanding job during my stay, ensuring my room was always impeccably clean and comfortable. Their attention to detail and dedication to making my stay enjoyable truly stood out.From check-in to dining, everyone was friendly and attentive. I can't wait to come back! .

Excellent property with excellent staff and services. In 10 years I visited 6 times and I prefered ramee hotel for 5 years continuously. If u are traveling with kids and family, family room and suite room is super spacious. Just amazing property with reasonable price.
