Ramdev Rao Hospital - General hospital in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Management is wrost in Hyderabad and reception staff are rude. No such rule to call the doctor early in terms of emergency. My mother had to wait 1 hr 45 minutes for a doctor visit. Orthopedic doctor confirmed about the Plaster bur it took 2hours to process. Wrost than Intel Pentium 1

The worst hospital i have ever seen in my life no proper treatement no proper system. they are just wasting peoples valuable time. if you people dont no how to manage the hospital better sell your hospital to others. atleast in that way indirectly u can save lives and there mental health.

The worst hospital i have ever seen. OP is horrible, waited 11:30 am to 2:30PM for Dr.Dhana Laxmi . But we did not get Dr consultation. Between 11:30 am to 2:30Pm only 3 patients can meet doctor.

Please avoid Rahul Nimmakayala Neurologist. Today I took my person to the hospital, and he was scaring us or going for an operation or surgery for pain in the nerve that runs from neck to shoulder. Other staff and experience with them were great, and I have been going to the hospital for 5 years. Note: We have no personal issues

Very good hospital , easily accessible by all means of transportation. Ample space of parking is available . This hospital bis maintained by trust so it's well maintained and the prices are also fair . We went for vaccination and the process was very simple and in organized manner .

*** must read before you visit There is no negative star so have to give 1 as -10 I recently went for an emergency and with out any Dr suggestion ask me to admit and Dr will come and will check at 10Am but in reality he arived at 1pm, I was in pain totally for 3hr without any treatment. Jr Dr only know 1thing what ever the problem would be just give pain killer to patient. Wrost management ever came across, have to call nurse several time to check the patient need something in emergency or finds some difficulties Ask for ambulance one day before discharge and haven't provided, I waited a long day I hope they would provide it but end the end of the day they mentioned they don't have and asked for any altenative number for ambulance to management they told they would not keep such thing with a rude way. so have to search ambulance in net and booked an alternative to get back to home - no proper guidance - no Dr available when time we need - no jr Dr or nurse are available - pain killers is the only treatment given - will ask to admit even it's not necessary - poor management - ambulance is not available Request to government to look after these kind of hospital and check the minimum requirements for a hospital

Useless behaviour by senior doctors and junior doctors. Doesn't care about people's Heath and criticality of the situation. No response from any of the staff to the inpatients also. They don't know any process and they just want to earn money in the name of Memorial hospital.

Visited ramdevrao hospital but came out with disappointment no corect guidance in OP , the OP manager does not know how to manage and communicate waste. Manager . staff also big waste reception staff don't know to guide and very slow in work op sisters don't know how to speak all are just in maintaining their fashion and in phones and when went to emergency dept another waste manager is there and ER incharge sister is rubbish . overall what we have faced that the administration persons and incharge sisters are waste in ramdevrao hospital . why the management is silent on these peoples who does not know the working way guiding and communicating way Are they not getting pay , if they do that type of free service then also its waste . please make appoint some good peoples who can able to handle and communicate properly few months back when came., there was one lady called yasmin she is very good in communication and maintainance but this time we didn't seen her in ramdev she is very good person . may be weather she left ramdevrao hospital. but its a small suggestion don't loose such staff .Anyway its a humble request to management please those managers and in charges are not good in their communication and work please make changes . Next time if we visit can able to see change otherwise its very sad to say ramdevrao hospital becoming worst hospital due to worst administration persons.
