Ramchandi Temple is on the way to Konark from Puri. It's beautiful temple on the sea shore. Peaceful and calm premises. One can spend sometime here with friends and family. It's adorable place.

One may find this temple on the way to Konark Sun Temple/back towards Puri. A very low profile , humble place. Temple is of historic nature. Could see people come in tourist buses and camp. There are plenty of stores that sell groceries, rent stove, utensils . Sea side, a very good camping spot.

Ramchandi temple is a one time visit for sure but apart from that which keeps attracting is the Picturesque place for sure with river, boats, garden from small flower plants to huge trees. You can enjoy jet skis to evening boat rides right next to the temple or visit the sands bare feet as initially the water is shallow.

Ancient whale shark skeleton head is there in the temple but not preserved properly.

Beautiful place very close of Bay of Bengal. Devotees come here to worship Maa Ramchandi on to or fro journey from Puri to Konark. Suitable for repair hours here. Big banyan trees provide wide ranger shadow shelter where people sit when get tired. Really beautiful.

Ramachandi Temple nearer to Chandrabhaga and Konark has a story about past. When Kalapahad attacked different Temples of Odisha, Maa Ramachandra Saved herself and capsized the boat of Kalapahad.
