I bought all the jewels for my marriage from here.. I truly appreciate them for the quality and purity. Once I went to exchange a missed earing from a pair to a jewelry in Chennai, they took the jewel only after melting. They were asking about the jewelry shop details I wondered why and enquired about it. They told about the purity and making standards are really amazing. That's the first time I hear a positive note given by another jeweler. Owners are very genuine, they tell the truth about the chain weather it can be used as a daily wear or not, will it break or can be used for kids they are very transparent. The new generation in the store is NOT Honest. Those who had good experience with Old generation. Please beware! My parents experienced the worst when they took the Jewels purchased from the same store 40 years back. Due to wear and tear, my parents wanted to change the old chain which was purchased 40 years back as 22 carat. People there claimed that it is 18 carat and cheated my parents. May be this store was selling 18 carat gold as 22 carat 40 years back. Any way these people are fraud .... Beware ...

Worst jewellery shop. Don't purchase gold from this shop. 1. High price comparing to other 2. If we order 8 gram ring and pay total amount, they ask 1 week to prepare. But after one week they made a 12 gram ring with there own method. Without informing you and put a new bill of the day. When you're going to buy, even including ordered old 8 gram. I ordered 8 gram ring. On that day 1 gram 2880rs I paid total amount for 8 gram. They made a ring with 12 gram. On the day of purchase gold rate 2910. So they put 2910x12 gram

Fantastic Experience with traditional collection. Few days back, Me and my family went to Ramayya Jewellers Marthandam, for Gold Jewel shopping, Since we were purchasing from this shop for more than 8 years I can say collections will be more traditional with pure gold . At entry gate itself, one owner will be sitting to welcome us with warn welcome which will give pleasant feel :) Once we entered into the shop, one person, asked for our choice, what we wanted to purchase and then guide us to respective floor and counter. Also as part of our recent purchase for marriage I select a necklace(Nakaash) design from google which was so attractive, so i searched that all over many shops, but I couldn't find that, but when we disclosed our expectation to owner, he just gave a happy smile saying yeah we can make it in our shop with 20 days time.I was in oscillation whether to make it here or not, but still they have a offer stating we will make it ,if you like you can buy else we will keep it in our shop,So we agreed on that. Finally we got a call after 20th day of last visit regarding completion of that Necklace.We just went to visit , to be frank it was extraordinary!! Also regarding customer service they are fabulous. At respective counter, there were dedicated person to show the collection and explanation about design, weight and price. When we asked for our specific choice, they provided immediately. During shopping, they served us cold drink, tea, coffee. :) After final billing, they delivered the jewelry with free gift a small bag and purchased jewelry with flower.(Really the feel was something auspicious) Overall its really Excellent experience in this shop.I strongly recommend this shop.

One of the worst Nd fraud jewelry shop in marthandam town..vat and making charges higher than other jewelers .they won't give u receipt also after giving final payment of what they have said amount was paid.they told actually receipt in covering bag my parents didn't looked that time after reaching home they checked but bill is not in the bag.they called the shop and inquired about the bill.one of the staff told collect the bill tomorrow.the next day parents again visited shop and asked the bill they told u have to pay gst amount they have already reduced.why youdidn't tell it first if gst is reduced so you can't get the bill.if u told that first we didn't bought your jewelry.we could have gone some another store who can give bill or gst bill.money isn't come very easily we re working hard to get .u re giving such irritation after buying..it's the last we purchase in your store.what kind of store is this no bill after purchasing such a huge amount..you no need to tell from which accounts I have to review.ok.you too have intentionally didn't given bill.some hand written paper was given to my parents instead of bill.u didn't have to entertain anything ok. I just want to tell other customers about this incident so they will be much aware when they buy anything from you..you told gst can't be reduced..but one your staffs told gst was reduced so bill can't be given to my parents ..stop acting
