Ramaya The Boutique Hotel - Hotel in Rohtak - Rohtak, India

Room floor was broken. washroom not properly cleaned and restroom' curtain was dirty. Very patchetic service of hotel. They even don't have drinking water to offer. I haven't seen worse hotel than this. This is kind of Oyo rooms. Bedsheets are smelling there are patches everywhere. Very incoperative staff and rude behaviour.

ISSEY ACHHA TOH KAHIN SADAK PE PARTY ORGANISE KAR DETA. Worst experience ever. Never ever dealing with this third class hotel again. Organised a party yesterday. The staff doesn't have any knowledge, service is non existent, they want payment upfront but do not provide any value or facilities. The guests were disappointed. Unme se kuch guests business clients the, kya impression gaya hoga unke upar? Wahiyaat facilities. Food items itne dikhaate hain booking k time par lekin actual party k time par they just say this is not available that is not available. Only 3-4 items were there, rest were just unavailable. They just take money first aur baad mei baat tak nahi karte theek se. Pehle he suna tha owner paise khaata hai par ab dekh bhi liya. This hotel is a lost cause. WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Not even to enemy.

Not at all maintained. No cleanliness in the hotel. Extremely poor hygiene. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Rooms hygiene is very poor. Toilet seats are dirty. Only pics look good.Very poor service aswell!

So dirty room smell coming from the bedsheet and so slow service u will call they will response in one hour . MD of hotel behaviour is soo arrogant and food quality is also so poor. Over n all .I suggest that u stay here u loss your money without any service

Currently in a very bad state. Pathetic room, Dirty stained walls. Cupboards have been made by some trainee carpenter. Screws etc. stained curtains. RUDE staff. VERY bad state of affairs. AVOID.

One of the best hotel. Staff is very efficient and profeshional. Room are very spacious, neat and clean.

the staff was friendly and helpful. The food for the breakfast buffet was good and the room service was quick.

Room's floor was broken ..washroom not properly cleaned and restroom' curtain was dirty..go geyser facility .on asking they gave one bucket hot water in room to shower..seriously ??who does that after paying such decent amount and there were not enough bathroom towels and on asking they couldnt provide the same time due to some laundary issue ..for breakfast too there was no room service..u had to go upstairs to have breakfast ..overall experience was pathetic .wouldnt think of going there again ever
