1. Ward and areas are very clean and neat 2. Staff's are very polite and kind, they will help at any time. 3. The way of talking and explaining (mazharvizhi and mahendran) the issues and solutions are so calm and easily accessible even uneducated people can understand.
Docter behaviour was very bad and arrogant towards patient.he doesn't have patience to treat children's.admin members doest give respect to the people who visit there.They are thinking that they are only the working person in world.Its a hospital responsibility to treat everyone with polit and care not to show there stress towards the people.very very bad behaviour of pedestrian doctor
Highly recommended hospital!! This was the best experience I had till date. The reason is not their different appear in treatment.Your facilities, hospitality are awesome and especially your amazing staffs Sneha, Aishwarya, Narmatha, Anitha, Mubeena, Dhanam, Manimozhi, Abinaya, Archana gave us excellent care and made us about as comfortable as we could be..Literally everyone was friendly, kind and caring from the moment we entered and They are family themselves. The bonding between staffs and doctor is astonishing. I bet one won't be able to see in another hospital such a complete positive packages .Dr. Malarvizhi Mahendran Mam you are amazing and Thank you so much from the bottom of hearts for taking such good care of us during/after the pregnancy as well as the delivery. Because of your professionalism and great smiles, we felt like we were in good hands and that gave us peace of mind towards the big day and the mam always takes the time to explain things to us in terms that we can understand... Excellent hospital, very good service, very neat and clean hospital. Dr.Malarvazhli is a excellent doctor I have never seen and very friendly . And nurses are very good and excellent services. Nurse names are Ms.Ashiwarya, Ms.Archana, Ms.Mubeena and Ms.Sneha . Thank you to all this people
1. They charge Rs 250 as a consulting fee Rs 300( new comer) which is comparatively high even the metropolitan cities doesn't charge this amount. People are not the one to pay for your own infrastructure. 2. No online transactions or swiping machine available purposely to skip legal formalities. 3. No footwears are allowed then why the doctors and nurses are wearing it if the rule is applicable to all. 4. People keep supporting service oriented doctors and stay away from money minded people.
