Highly recommend... I have joined online yoga class from UK since 1 month and my yoga class experience is great.. and I am attending online class but it feels like class room session (because Mani sir and Ilavarsahi mam are great at conducting the class and explaining each and every step of yoga)... Definitely will recommend for anyone. I started because of my health issues (High blood pressure (hypertension) and high cholesterol). After a month now I can see the changes myself (As my high blood pressure has come down to a certain level and is stable) and I lost 3-4 kgs of weight. The classes help me increase my fitness, strength, flexibility and physical and mental health. I'm proud of Mani Sir's teaching skills and techniques. Awesome classes!!!

I have been attending yoga sessions here for the past couple of months and the positive change in my mental and physical health is really showing. The yoga teachers are well versed and friendly and even if you don't know anything about yoga, they will guide you from the step 1. Highly recommended to people who will take effort in attending the classes regularly and those who are interested in learning more about yoga. Easily one of the best classes in Chennai.

I have been attending this yoga class since 4 years . I love the classes here and they are unique, in the sense, that one gets to workout in a group and still work out at their own pace. Everyone is personally mentored by Ramani sir and his experience and knowledge is clearly visible when he is able to quickly assess the health condition and the progress made by the individual and accordingly guides them to move to the next stage. He also ensures that we do it the right way. I can see an improvement in my flexibility and stamina and overall well being. I would highly recommend this place to embark on your yoga journey.

I am happy to share my experience after 2 month. I could see difference in my overall physical and mental health in a positive way (my sleep cycle , menstrual health , fatigue improved ) able to bounce back routine even after I fall sick . I like instructor Ramani sir and Rani mom their's each class is unique .Every class they correct and guide me according to my physical problems even though it is group session I m so thankful mam. and sir I would highly recommend this yoga studio if you are someone searching for yoga practice .This is a. As a student of class x I had lot of pressure from school and because of that my mental health was affected. Fortunately I got to know about this yoga center and started going to class. Day after day I noticed many positive changes in my health condition. The best part is the yoga trainer will clarify all the doubts regarding the posture. i was eagerly attending the yoga sessions daily. Was attending the yoga sessions till the March 2020 lockdown. I was suffering in sleepless and also affected lungs breathing problems Nowadays I am attending online sessions daily. It's a good way to start a day by practicing yoga. This institute Ramani Yoga' was a blessing for me as it is located little far away from my residence. I started as a total novice, as I did not know anything about 'Yoga'. The instructor Ramani sir , was very informative and efficient about Yoga. Now I'm perfectly all right in my heath condition. And now yoga is the part of my life. I am 49 years.I had Suffered heart attack 7 months ago.After that I suffered physically and Psychologically.I have been learning yoga in joined Ramani yoga asana center Since Past 6 months.
