Moderate hotel. Value for money. Convenient place to stay if you would like to attend early morning weddings. Approach road pretty narrow but not a big issue.

Stayed here for a night as I had a shoot in ITC Gardenia which is exactly opposite to it. The Room is neat and clean, So is the washroom. The checkin process was hassle free and rooms are easily accessible from the lift. You don't have to take long walks from the lift. The service is also excellent, they gave me a free upgrade to Club room where I spent my time dipping myself in the bathtub. Didn't try the restaurant there but there are small restaurants nearby where you ll find Veg & Non Veg food easily. Do try IDC Restaurant for Veg as it's close by.

I booked a suite for my parents on my dad's 75th birthday. It turned out to be a nightmare. The living room airconditioner was broken and the temperature would not go below 27. We had to turn it off. Did not get fixed despite complaining. The bathroom had dead cockroaches that we cleaned ourselves. The refrigerator door was broken. Finally, after we all left after our party leaving our aged parents in the suite, they locked the main door and then also closed the bedroom door for the night. When they woke up in the morning the bedroom door would not open as it has self locked as a spring or a lever was broken. My parents panicked and were palpitating. The bedroom did not have a telephone directory for them to call anyone for any help. They gathered themselves and then called us using their cell phones, crying. We had to call the hotel reception and then they had to go and break somethings to open the door. A VERY bad and unforgettable experience. Pathetic rooms. Pathetic eye for cleanliness and hygiene. I would not recommend anyone to use this property without inspecting thoroughly. Money paid by me is a waste and gone down the drain. Never coming back. Suite # 401. Booking was for the night of the 9th June 2023.

Rooms are just ok but the bathroom had few fittings broken!!, would not control AC was set to 20 C and was very cold. The coffee maker was not proper and overall the lack of maintenance is evident. However the two restaurants on the ground floor were really good. Overall I would expect much nice ambiance, service and customer friendly attitude for which I pay the premium that they charged. Also there were multiple high power cell phone towers just next to our rooms, the exposure to cell phone radiation is a big concern to me.

Located in a prime spot in the city. Good infra & managed well by the staff. Couple of hundred metres away from Kanteerava Stadium & Cubbon Park. Brigade Road is just couple of kms ago. 15-20 mins from railway station.

Great Experience, Its located near Richmond circle, hardly 5 km from Majestic. Easy to access MG Road, church street, Chickupetta, Commercial street, Majestic. Friendly Staff, Good food

Location of the hotel is good, but due to heavy traffic and name boards displayed by hotel are small finding location become difficult.

Rooms are just renovated but accessories not replaced.faucets and chairs also need replacement Some work is carrying out in day silent hours.Staff didn't bother to stop even after request
