Ramanagara Ramadevarabetta Vulture Sanctuary - Religious destination in Ramanagara - Ramanagara, India

Blissful place lap of Mother Nature. There are around 4-5 temples. Around 300+ steps and 500m+ short hike to reach the top. Paths are well marked and safe. To reach the top a steep rock climb is present of 30ft+ but with steps cutout and railings support provided. The view is next level. Recommend to visit early or late noon but closing time is 5pm. View is next level from the top. Entry fee is around 25 rs per person and yes paid parking both will be collected at the entry.

Amazing trek experience. 400 steps in the beginning and later a pointed hill climb which is moderately challenging in normal weather and could be risky when it's raining. The Ram temple on top serves free lunch prasadam everyday a must try.

Such a blissful place! The path to reach the top is heavenly, it is so calming and peaceful. 400 steps and around 800 meters of trek, you will find 2 temples in between and a small down trek from there will lead to Hanuman temple which holds history is 100 years. Need to buy the ticket at the entrance for vehicle parking and for us. The place is maintained well and is surrounded by nature. There are wash room facilities near the parking and in the mid way. Though it is mentioned as vulture sanctuary, we didn't find any of them. All in all, nature lovers are going to love this place.

A small hill is located around 60kms from Bangalore. Perfect place for a day's outing. How to reach : You can easily reach this place following Google maps, as the location is precise. If you are traveling by public transport, you can take a bus/train to Ramnagar and then catch an auto to reach the hill. Entry fee is Rs.25 per person and Rs.10 for 2-wheeler parking. Shoes can be worn to reach the top and can be removed outside the temples. There are around 300-400 steps to the peak and it is an easy path. The climb takes about 30 minutes. There are no stalls/shops on the way, so carry water. Visit the temples and proceed to the top. There is a small stretch with an inclination which can be crossed with the help of railings. Once you reach the top, you will be surrounded by nature from all sides. You can relax and spend some time here. Be responsible and do not litter in nature, carry your trash back and find a dustbin.

Nice place for a half day outing. No huge entry fees. Just 25 per person and 10 for bike parking. Every weekend they have a prasadhan. Very less crowd even on weekends. It is easy to reach the top. There are around 200-300 steps may be.

Nice place for an outing.. sadly drones not allowed.. climb of 400 steps worth it. View from the top is great. Spot where Sholay movies shooting is a must see to experience the Gabbar effect

Awesome... It's Sitaram temple. Best suits for the person with trekking interest cum devotion. Experience the bare foot trekking experience. It's literally temple, so I personally kept footwear bottom before taking stairs to hill top. Awesome views,take binoculars if u r having. This is well suited for family trek, make sure kids are above 7 years old. Please take at least 1.5L water for adults to avoid dehydration. Limited availability of snacks shop, please make sure you are carrying sufficient things. No monkeys or wild animals , everybody safe! Worth of spending 6 hours.. Jai Sitaram!!

Best place to visit in weekend with friends and family amazing views, you have to Hike to reach the top u have to climb 400 steps from the down then the you will get some most beautiful views and also carry water bottle ther is no shop nuthing and don't polute the nature there are some places to chill there with friends and do visit the temple. And there is entry fees per person 25 and for 2 wheeler parking charges 10
