It was very horrible experience. I paid bill for cabin but they shifted my child to ward. Staff and mataji's behaviors was very bad and they are using bad word to patient and there attendent. Nurses are only busy in chit chat. Mata ji are asking food to me but they didn't gave me. Pinky and Kumkum are nurse in Padeatric ward at Matri bhawan their behavior are extremely bad and they are using abusive words to mother's whose baby are admitted there. They are completely inhuman by nature.

In earlier times this place used to be a renowned institution for maternity purpose in low-budget..but at present this institution has become a complete business house.. infact the mata-jis are also money-minded.. I have firm faith that god will definitely punish these culprits. In the name of holy Sarada Maa and to serve the society,a good business is being run.I had a horrible experience here and on the basis of my experience I am sharing the pros and cons of this place.. Pros- a)Some doctors are really good and knowledgeable b) If you have planned for a low-budget c-section or normal delivery then please visit in OPD do not go for "special clinic" facility Cons- a)They accept cash payment only,no other payment methods are accepted in this era of digitisation a)Para-medical staffs are not well-trained. b)Labour room stuffs are terrible, specifically that old lady(I don't know her name),she behaves inhumanely with patients and being too old by her age and experience she doesn't know how to insert an intravenous cannulation..she literally speaks filth and misbehaves with the maternity patients.. c) They only ask for money,but they are unable to provide proper services.. d)Washrooms are not clean and hygienic every time.. liquid soaps or any kind of soaps are not available there.. e) Not all ayah-masis are good, only a few of them are polite towards the patients f) NICU facilities are not well-equipped, though they charge a lot for NICU.. Pediatricians are not capable to handle serious conditions.. g) Emergency services are worst both for the mother and the child.. h) Food quality is average,and if you ask for one more biscuit in the tea-time then they will deny to give .. i) Their sonologists are unskilled,and the ultrasonography reports done from here are not reliable at all j) If you have done your tests from outside then also they will force you to repeat the same tests from their in-house diagnostic centre.. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone..This place is a worst place and whatever they are doing that is not what Sri Sarada Maa preached.

Once upon a time it was really good. Now it is a place for minting money. First thing they will scare you and they will force you for pathological tests and USG. No outside reports are allowed even though you get it from the best labs and doctors. Their behaviours are too rude. My wife got admitted and the stich opened after c section during her stay in hospital and again stitch was done. The operation was done by the Registrar of the hospital. It is due to the fault on their part she had to bear the pain and trauma and she had to stay for 15 days. They have charged in full during the stay. The nuses treat the new born as a headache, when the baby cries they feel irritated when the mother is in ICU. They charge room rent like a hotel room check in and check out. A pure place of business with cash handling and no digitalisation in the name of holy Sarada Maa. I have firm faith that god will definitely punish the culprits. In the name of the god and to serve the society good business is being run.

The hospital has a different charm to itself which can't be put in words. The moment you enter it, despite the hustle bustle of health workers there is a peculiar serenity about this place. Mata Ji is quite helpful so are the doctors, especially Dr Dutta. The hospital has all the main departments but caters mostly to Obs & Gynae and neonatal care. I surely hope everyone stays in good health, but if case be, this is an absolute trustworthy place to put your health in safeguard.

The Matri Bhavan hospital also often serves as a centre for investigation and for teaching ( Swami Vivekananda institute for Nursing) .

My brother's wife was admitted here and was referred by her gynecologist. Terrible experience. I am so sorry that Google don't allow negative rating. The only positive factors are the associated doctors. The Nurses are terrible and they speak filth. They invade personal areas and treat patients like cattle. Zero co-ordination among staffs. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone who at least have minimum self dignity. I studied in Ashram (Vedanta) and this is not what Swami Vivekanda preached.

This place is way more pathetic for stuffs. They are torturing on sahaika stuffs. It's a fraud place for them. I've seen many matajis rude behaviour towards them. Especially the outdoor's incharge mataji. and they are suffering. Food qualities are also very poor. a sahayika stuffs salary is just 3.5k per month. My humble request to you all don't come here for sahayika training.
