Had our functions here from 22-23 november. Pathetic service by staff and very argumentative. Served us smelly food and then when asked to change started a conflict with us. The chef was rude and unprofessional. When repelled they put the blame on us. All our functions were ruined. Food was so oily and oil was literally dripping. Every single function we had to argue but they did not listen at all. Rooms were very old and lacked lighting. Overall Minus stars to the staff and hotel. Pathetic.
I have been to this place twice in last 8 months. Located at the highway it's easy to get in and out if you are travelling by road. Nice and cozy rooms. Staff is very friendly right from the entrance to reception to lobby to restaurant everywhere you would find people ready to help you out. Sumptuous and large collection of variety in the restaurant to satiate your hunger pangs. Would love to stay the next time I am in Chandigarh.
Everything is fine but you really need to change your pillows. Weird square uncomfortable pillow. I've got pain in my neck and back because of that. Rest everything at this property is good. Good food. Good staff. Decent rooms
Had a relaxing stay with family here. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. Rooms: Clean, Spacious, Aesthetic and Luxurious rooms. Really comfortable beds. The washroom is small relatively. But good overall. Food/ Breakfast The breakfast buffet was king-like and had a lot of variety. I mean A LOT! The taste was also excellent. Highly recommend it. Price: The price is pretty reasonable, specially if you stay over weekdays. Do check the location according to your requirements.
All praises for wonderful & warm hospitality we have received! Location is perfect- bang on highway, just 10 minutes drive to tribune chowk! Rooms- Very spacious so thoughtfully designed, all comforts are very well taken care of. Front Desk- Very prompt all times, wow! Breakfast Buffet- Grand/ very tasty/ well managed/ excellent varieties. F&B team is always on toes, they simply make sure your start of the day is perfect! We loved live counters/ bakery items/ cold coffee, fresh juice- Amazing!!! Security/ valet parking- very prompt, alert and caring. Overall perfect stay- all future visits of Chandigarh- Ramada will be our 1st choice!! Cheers!!! Dewan
Made a booking for tomorrow, specially asked if the hotel can decorate the room a bit... Which mostly all hotels do as complimentary. But these people are purely intrested in group bookings. At every request they said .... It's chargeable. 1st and Last booking here. Not coming here againnn... People select to Stay in a hotel to feel relaxed not to listen to all kind of excuses. Specially when it's a special occasion. Didn't like the Dealing at all . You will loose customers like this. Not recommend.
Hotel itself Ok. Room perfect. Located bit remotely. Restaurant fine though service bit slow. Food fine. Checking out was clumsy & slow.
the property is situated conveniently and is well furnished - has a heritge feel. the room and food experience is good but service is average. car parking is in the open adjacent to the hotel on private road. overall very comfortable and pleasant stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The stay was amazing, the staff is too good & co-operative & the food was surprisingly tasty & healthy. The room was squeaky clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
