Ramada by Wyndham New Delhi Pitampura - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - North West, India

Everything was great, the room was very comfortable and the services were also quick but i would like to say that the food is overpriced. We ordered just 2 cups of coffee and cookies which cost us 700rs. So yea all in all a nice hotel but they should lower down their prices. Because there are other hotels with literally the same amenities and at reasonable prices. Why would we choose to come here when we can easily go there and even save our pockets.

The Ramada NewDelhi is a marvelous property and a wonderful stay in the same. I stayed with my family recently and loved its fine dining facility and we had also enjoyed their room dine services. The team is highly hospitable. The rooms and washrooms are superb clean. Especially my kids enjoyed it a lot. We would love to stay again in this property next time again when visit to Delhi.

It is disappointing to know that big brand chains don't know how to maintain the quality of their hotels. I stayed here for a day and it was ridiculous. Let's start with room, the room was big but towels were dirty, bedsheets didn't seem fresh. Stay was okay, considering it is an old hotel but the food was ridiculous. It was smelling and everything was stale. Trust me, every thing. I didn't like a single item. There was a problem with the oil as well. Not coming back here ever again. Disappointed by Ramada.

On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food for the breakfast buffet was good and the room service was quick. On the negative side, this is not a 4 star hotel and feels rundown and old. The price in no way reflects the quality you would expect. The guest room had chairs that were missing wheels and a tear in the fabric. The bathroom had a draining issue and the door was broken at the bottom. Trim was broken in places as well. I found the room to be really poor in terms of sound insulation as you could hear other guests and the banquet hall guests outside. The hallways also felt rundown with marks on the walls and broken trim

Hotel was Ok, experience was no more than a 3 star hotel. Lobby/waiting area ACs were either switched off or were not working. Rooms were just ok, one can see dampness in the walls of the room. Rooms were not well maintained. Room tariff was at par with Radisson, at around 6000 per night, but no where near Radisson rooms or facilities. Clueless parking staff, couldn't decide on where to get your car parked. No valet service. Food was average. I would recommend staying at Radisson paschim vihar instead who charges almost same room tariff but with better facilities.

The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. I stayed in a deluxe room that offered all the amenities one could ask for, including a comfortable bed, a large flat-screen TV, a well-stocked minibar, and a luxurious bathroom. The cleanliness and attention to detail were evident throughout my stay.

Hotel is clean and spacious. The rooms and beds are so comfortable and we loved the breakfast, a huge spread and everything was very tasty as well. Nice pool Sitting space in reception is cool.

Rooms were ok, the building is a bit too old and not managed well. Service staff was a mixed experience with few of them being too cold and some being very helpful. Location is a big setback if you don't have a car and no business in west delhi
