I am a regular customer of Ramada chain. So the trust continues again. My son was attached to one of the employee so much that every morning he used to search for the same. My son has puked and the house keeping staff was very caring and making us comfortable for that. Location is awesome and build in such a way that you can relax and njy with family with scenic view of valley. At night, fhe view is more beautiful. Very friendly staffs especially Mr. Shubham who is always smiling, ready to help. Good hospitality, nice food and great ambience. Mr. Tripan has also been very helpful and friendly. Very old property with average rooms definitely not worth the price. Worst part is we were given the worst room in the hotel although complete hotel was empty. We were forced to wake up at 5 or 6 in the morning due to very loud sound of people talking and vehicle moving since our room was just above the main entrance and with 0 noise insulation. Multiple requests to change the room were simply ignored. Only food and restaurant staff was good.
The hotel's ambiance and surroundings are stunning, but what truly sets Ramada Mussorie apart is its dedicated staff. From check-in to check-out, the entire team, led by Mr. Manjot Sir, made my stay a memorable one. It's a place I'd love to return to.

Excellent hospitality, we were here for 3 days with our 4 year old daughter the staff made sure taht our stay was indeed comfortable and cozy. The food is yumm, do try the soups and the pizza.. the breakfast was a wide yumm spread . Pradeep really helped us and Shubham and Mukesh rawat made our stay really a memorable one ... We will surely come back
