Ramada by Wyndham Kasauli - Hotel in Kasauli - Solan, India

The hotel is located at a beautiful location and has spacious rooms. But the service is absolutely poor and pathetic. We booked 3 rooms, asked for an extra bedding in a room, and were told that it'll be sent to the room. We called 4 times till almost midnight and still no extra bed was sent to the room. The pool time starts at 7 am and yet the pool was not cleaned until 9:30 am. We were repeatedly told that the maintenance guys will arrive and clean the pool yet no one came to clean the pool even after we waited for almost an hour. They didn't give breakfast on the rooftop restaurant and instead offered to send it to the rooms, which was pretty illogical. Overall, rooms and location are good but the main highlight of our stay was the poor service.

edit 3/5 now 4/5* since the manager called me and tried to make things right. Ramada is a wannabe luxury hotel, they cut corners wherever they can. 1. Beds uncomfortable, pillows pathetic. 2. Service is BAD they don't do anytime on time 3. Food - medicore. 4. Location and view fron the room is good

When hotel accept wedding or corporate bookings they will shut common facilities like pool, deck area. Booking & reception staff don't even bother to inform you upfront. They will also give you false information like bakery is not fully operational because they just want to manage their wedding or corporate guests. Rooms are so ordinary that I will never recommend Ramada Kasauli to anyone. People can experience better services by opting other hotels in half of the price.

Had a very nice and satisfactory experience..... Ambience is also Awesome.....Hotel staff is very supportive and well behaved....It's only 15 minutes away from Mall Road....If you want Peaceful and comforting stay, it's a perfect place to choose....

It is a beautiful and serene place! The views are relaxing, the food is amazing and the rooms are cozy and well-maintained. Ideal location during rains and winter. They should just have some indoor games for children's entertainment too, they only have a swimming pool at this point.

First of all they do not serve food on Rooftop Restaurant Then When We were having Buffet Breakfast My Wife Had A Bite Of French Toast there was green sign mentioned that it has no egg but later on after one bite she realised that something is wrong then when we confirmed with the staff they told that it has egg as we are pure vegetarians Din't Expect This From So Called RAMADA Chain People Come Here For Good Hospitality & Food their Mistake Made Horrible Nightmare To Us Very Very Irresponsible Behaviour By Them Careless Staff Zero Rating Every Good Gesture Just Became Zero by This Mistake This Is very very big thing for us

We had fantastic experience at Ramada experience at the Hotel. Ms Aditi and Mr Saurabh assisted us in best possible manner. We wish all good luck to bother of them.
