Ramada by Wyndham Jamshedpur - Hotel in Jamshedpur - East Singhbum, India

We booked Ramada Wyndham Jamshedpur for my Sister's Wedding. And Oh !! It was so memorable !!! The Service, The Ambience, The maintenance, The Food, The staff were all amazing !!! Please do visit this place. The Rooms were very neat and luxurious. It was all worth it.

Hospitality is excellent. Staff members are humble and pro-active. More suitable for Executive and business class guest. Amenities like swimming pool, gym etc. are not worth for money if you come with family. Mattress inside rooms are not of good quality. Room size and wardrobe are comfortable for single occupancy. Good quality food is being served but seasonal fruits are not available in menu. Overall a good hotel at prime location in the city.

The staffs were not helpful at all. My check in was on 15th and check out was on 22nd but due to a death in family I had to check out on 21st but the hotel denied the refund and early check out, Sourav Kundu was the duty Manager.

Well Let's begin by saying that it's a Very beautiful property with lovely food and environment but as they say that it takes one bad fish to dirty the entire pond. In this case the dirty fish here is Mr Anup Bera... I don't know what position he holds here in this hotel but with his sort of attitude one can tell he is the owner of the place but he is not. To the person concerned here or reading this review let me tell you that in this hospitality industry there is no place for this sort of arrogant behaviour or a boss like attitude what Mr Bera displays here. A customer no matter how small or how big deserves the same amount of respect. To be true this sort of arrogance by Mr Bera clearly shows how short sited the man really is. Mr Bera's attitude will affect the business of this hotel someway or the other. This sort of employee behaviour can seriously jeopardize the goodwill of this well built hotel. Mr Bera has to be reminded that he is working in a Ramada hotel not in any other cheap guest house of some sort. I would suggest the management to have a proper serious scrutiny in this grave and serious matter. And this is coming from a customer who visits Quench almost every week to enjoy his evenings. Thank you

Ramada by Wyndham is one of the elite hotels in the city of Jamshedpur. Although I have not stayed here for a single night, I have attended 3-4 corporate events here. The quality of the banquet halls is high as they are equipped with all the modern facilities. The quality of food served in all the events was stupendous. The only difficulty I have realised is with the restroom. The gents and ladies washrooms are not in a separate place and it is very tough for the ladies to make a suitable way to their rest rooms. There is ample space for car parking. So, anyone attending the seminar / corporate events can easily park their vehicle within the hotel campus.

Pros:- (1) Superb luxurious property at the prime location. (2) Well maintained property with extremely polite & helpful support staff. (3) Food quality is amazing. (4) Rooms & Bathrooms are enough spacious. Cons:- (1) Service at rooms are bit slow. (2) Some props in rooms are older so had patches or broken edges on it.

For breakfast we went there... I don't think so the spread is that great... But for 418/- it's just okay.
