I stay at the Ramada Hotel in Jaipur it was fantastic and fabulous . The staff was friendly and provided top-notch service.Not at all 5 Star it is. Rooms, ambience and food below 3 star category. When you give buffet there has to be equal menu for veg and non veg. They have only one main course dish of non veg not also starter. Very basic interior and ambiance. Rooms are also very small size. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to explore the Pink City. The on-site dining options were delicious and diverse. I highly recommend the Ramada for a wonderful stay in Jaipur!

While the location of this 5-star hotel is fantastic, I felt a bit let down by the slower service. The ambience was lovely, maintaining the standards of the hotel chain, but I found the rooms a bit small considering the prices. The breakfast buffet was decent, although I've had better elsewhere. On a positive note, the rooftop pool, bar, and barbecue created a wonderful atmosphere, and the gym and spa were great additions. I believe there's potential for an even better and more fulfilling experience here, despite the convenience of valet parking

Stayed for 1-night, amazing hospitality, courteous staff. Location was right in the middle of the city. Food and Drinks were great. Took a little bit of extra time during check out but that's okay.

RAMADA JAIPUR is one of the worst hotels...Never ever stay in this hotel..I am staying here with my family in room number 501 and 507... Our ordeal started from the moment we stepped foot on the property. We were made to wait for almost an hour just for allocation of rooms. *Even we were NOT SERVED any Water or Welcome Drink.* *We were scared when we saw the receptionist was yelling at the clients at the time of check-in.* We were a family of 6 comprising of 4 elderly people and 2 kids age of 5 and 12 years. Just imagine our ordeal. Next we were allocated rooms which were not 5 star by any stretch of imagination. We had booked rooms based on pictures which had shown amenities in them.This point should have been considered before posting the pictures. Lobby wa so much dirty and bad odour in entire lobby. On the top floor there is wooden flooring construction work going on and there was noise, bed odour and dirt all around. Swimming pool water was not good We had asked for an extra bed, dental kit, tissues, room slippers on call which we got after 1 and half hours after repeated reminders. If this is the service quality of a 5-star hotel then I would rather spend my hard earned money on a 1star hotel which at least provides quality service than this so called 5 star hotel. So think twice before booking in this Ramada Jaipur hotel.

Overall a good hotel. Sadly the approach is sad...garbage strewn all over road. Lot of foreigners/ travellers. Was full. Food needs improvement. Could be better. Overall a good stay. Lots of shopping places nearby.

It was very pleasant stay in Ramada All services are great and the staff is very polite, helpful and try to give best of them. Food is delicious and proper hygiene is maintained. We booked our room for about four days and having toddler with us but they are really good to manage our needs. Hotel provide the comfortable stay and our overall experience is great.
