Hotel rooms are nice and well maintained the same as other Ramada brand hotels. We did not like the food that much. Many things can be improved (no inhouse amenities like club house ). The location is off the city. At night, it's not advisable to travel.

Location is quiet. Rooms are clean, very spacious and I was surprised both our rooms actually have a bath tub each. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely rooms with very wonderful staff all the staff were very cooperative the view was fantastic the swimming pool was very good and the dining options were too much best stay ever thanks to Ramada for such a lovely stay. Special Mention to Mr. Rudraksh for his proactive approach & empathetic gesture.

Dear Mr. Sandeep Sharma, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and customer relationship management skills exhibited during our recent interaction. A month ago, we were provided with a quote of X amount for our wedding. However, when we decided to finalize the booking at the same rate, we were informed of a sudden 25-30% price increase. This was explained as a discrepancy in pricing for two dates, which were only two days apart. Despite presenting screenshots of our previous conversations where X was quoted, we faced resistance and were told that the quote was not valid for the dates in question, despite prior discussions. This behavior was far from what one would expect from a General Manager of a brand like Ramada. I regretfully cannot recommend booking any event with this property due to our unpleasant experience. No one should have to endure such problems and discomfort, especially during a significant occasion like a wedding.

Worst front end facing staff. No flexibility for guests at all. If there are 10 online booking options on HRS, none offers any option which is inclusive of breakfast. Today, there were vacant rooms, guests with confirmed booking at their doorsteps and they denied offering room and breakfast stating it's not in package and no decision making staff available either.

Quite unique place for stay and enjoy the trip of Jaipur .. There is a problem of transport in this area there is lack of transport facilities near this place you need to book a cab and travel in private transport.. If you wanted to go at main Jaipur it quite struggling.. Overall hotel is best and food is awesome and have a great taste of Rajasthan flavour .

Had a great experience. Would like to visit here again. Room was clean and the place was quiet. Thank you for having us.

Cheat and fraud against this booking. This is to Dear Mr. Sandeep Sharma, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and customer relationship management skills exhibited during our recent interaction. The location sent by your management ended at Ramada Rajapark ,when this was informed to you people we were guided to stay at the same for one night and the next can be taken at Ramada Jaisinghpura, today morning we were called to pay for both nights. Which is a big harassment to the customer with family. I wish I could have read the reviews thoroughly....Earlier too ppl have faced such situation.
