Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey - Hotel in Alappuzha - Alappuzha, India

We had stayed at the property for 3 nights and initially the room provided to us was not as expected. After complaining our room was upgraded without any additional charge. I think they have an excellent & very welcoming staff and knows how to take care of their customers. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

I recently had a full-body massage, and it was an incredibly rejuvenating experience. The therapist Reena skillfully eased away tension, focusing on key areas of stress. The ambiance was tranquil, enhancing the overall relaxation. The massage not only relieved physical tension but also provided a mental escape. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a blissful retreat REENA is the right person.

We stayed here for a full week and were delighted with the hospitality. Very good property with an awesome view of the back waters. There was a varied choice for the breakfast and lunch/dinner at the World in the pot restaurant catering to different cuisines. Staff were very helpful. A great holiday experience. It was an amazing stay for us. The hotel is at a beautiful location right next to the lake. I would suggest to take the houseboat ride, it's a long ride and they show you the lake quite nicely. Siddharth in the house boat ride was an amazing host and always ready to help. The hotel has a small gym and the guy at the gym was really helpful :) The food is quite good and they have a lot of options. The entire staff was really helpful and friendly and were really service oriented. Rooms were clean and cozy, there was slight problem of hot water but that was solved soon enough. Parvathi who helped us book the houseboat ride was diligent, fast and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Good for a 4 * hotel. Initial reception staff are welcoming. Check in time is 14.00 hrs , but didn't get room till 15.10 hrs. Were offered to sit in the lobby and could have hot drinks only. Couldn't have a cold sparkling drink!!!. Afras was the only one who turned around everything into a positive situation that was initially turning into a very disappointing first impression. Rooms are good size with a lovely view of the lake. Food needs to be brought out less, more often to ensure freshness and temperature.

Stayed for 1 day/night. Room was not as per expectation and standard of Ramada elsewhere. However the food (complimentary breakfast and paid lunch) was good. Specially Mr. Nandkumar, our waiter during lunch, was very good and cooperative.

The room in particular was really beautiful with the exquisite lake view. The food in addition to that was really good. My highlight of the trip was the lunch cruise with food and beverages. Overall a good place to stay.

The rooms were excellent. Coming from Europe I would say they are on par if not better. The people here are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend a trip with the hotel houseboat.
