I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Ramada! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, making me feel right at home. The dining experience was exceptional; the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I was also impressed by the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to explore the area. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I can't wait to return to Hotel Ramada for my next trip. Went for Official Meeting with all my colleagues. Must say, overall experience was good and the location is its major advantage having corporate office nearby.

One thing would like to highlight : when we check-in they asked for a security deposit of Rs. -, this is first time I have experienced all these years, that was a surprise and little unprofessional, provided the reason they shared for the security deposit. (They need to adjust the amount in case we consume anything from the Mini bar........
Decent value for money hotel. Staff was extremely courteous. Special mention of Ruby at front office. Very helpful and polite. One added advantage is they have a liquor shop in the basement; so travellers from outside the state won't miss their tipple. The process of permit and payment needs to be revamped as it is extremely slow.
Room had all amenities. Breakfast and food was great. Location is also nice. Service staff is polite still service standards need to be improved a lot to feel like you are in a 3 or a 4 star hotel and that's my personal opinion. Hot water was not hot enough on first day of stay (not a big issue). Amex machine was giving error at time of check out while the card was fine and used at other outlets successfully before and after check out. Elevators often too busy in evening due to couple of popular restaurants on property. Overall little disappointed as had more expectations from a Ramada brand hotel.
Room is clean and maintain proper hygiene by hotel. Food is very delicious. Deserve for 5 star rating. Covid safety norms should follow strictly. Overall very good experience. I recommend this hote to all.
