Good location. Good breakfast. Had some problem with hot water supply. The bed linen wasn't fresh. The hotel was neat, Good AC, nice TV, nice lighting and lift was good. Staff were polite and well mannered. I was satisfied 60%. A few things which need to be taken care of.

Clean, good staff, good location. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. I reduced one star because we were not provided water or towels even after asking . First few days no breakfast or housekeeping either. Travelers beware , there are 3 hotels with similar names in the area. You must specifically state OYO and also use the number on google maps

Excellent rooms and prices are very economical. They haven't provided towels and mineral water. They just gave us the shampoo, body wash and soap. Rooms are very clean and bathroom is too clean. AC was fantastic. Bedsheets and pillows and clean and white. I think they should provide atleast a water bottle along with a towel. We have booked through OYO. They provided a complimentary breakfast as idly vada. It was delicious and hot. Appreciated their services.

My experience 1. No proper breakfast provided. 2. There is no kitchen so you can't expect tea or coffee or milk 3. Wifi was in hotel but they didn't share until you asked for it. 4. After cleaning the room towel or soap was not there. 5. Not the gentle behavior of staff.

Worst .You don't get any room service.Has serious issues with hygiene and water supply.Should be avoided

Room looks as it as as in pictures. It's near old Gajuwaka bus stop. It's about 10km from simhachalam bus stop. A number of on road hotels are near by which serves good food. One can order food from hotel as well. There is no travel guidance. There is no loundry facility. At this reasonable price oyo is awesome. AC is working. Lift is good and wheelchair entrance is available. Service staff's are cooperative. Thank you

There are two hotel in the same name. As per receptionist one is booked offline other is booked online. Offline hotel is far better than online. As per price room is ok but the bathroom is very small and also not maintained properly. I stayed in room no 101. The exhaust fan and sling fan both are noisy. Also online hotel did not have kitchen which is very big problem.Wifi is also not working.

I have stayed in this more than twice during my official meeting with HPCL Refinery. Price of the hotel rooms would be between Rs 900 to Rs 1100 for double occupancy when it is booked by OYO. Major tourist attractions, Airport and Railway station are within range of 10-15 kms from this Hotel which can be managed by hiring Bike / Car / local autos. Hotel doesn't have their own restaurant but there are many popular restaurants nearby by this Hotel. Hot water is generally available in morning time only, staff service is average due to budget hotel, HPCL Refinery and other industrial estates are close to this Hotel. Families can feel safe and comfortable at this Hotel. During my recent stay of 2 days in this Hotel from 20/8 to 22/8, I had faced following issues:- Mosquitoes flying in the room (All Out Machine was fitted in the room) Dirty Pillow Covers (It was replaced with clean only after my insistence) Only 1 option for the breakfast was given & I didn't get it exactly on 7 am due to lack of staff but fortunately after my constant follow up with reception, I received breakfast by around 7.45 am. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was making lot of noise & it wasn't repaired/replaced, even after my request/complaint to OYO executive available in the same Hotel.
