After sales support is too bad. For the manufacturing defect aslo they won't act even after multiple calls. The quality was excellent 5years back, now looks standards gone down

I have brought one sofa set for 26000 rs. It became defect in 10 days. I asked for replacement first they told they will repair. I asked them to replace only they replaced but another one also defect. Now i visited rama furnitures same model will come for 26000 rs and five years waranty they are offering. But rama chandra furnitures only one year waranty. And defective items have come. So i am giving 1 star rating.

Purchased a double cot bed and a Dining set. Lot's of verities and value for money. Nice experience. Best in Guntur.

I had worst experience with ramachandra brothers.... Bought office table and chair with 5500 each (total 11000), with in month rust formed on both the items. When I call them, they behaved in an irresponsible manner, stating that they are not responsible for imported items. I bought them with high price to get good quality, but in turn they are worthless products... My question to them is, why do customers buy in their shop by paying high amount ? Is it not for getting good quality products ? If there is an issue on imported products, aren't they aware of it and why do they sold them ?

Furniture is good n reasonable but service is not good, no response for service calls please attend service also

They behave as if they are the only furniture makers. Don't have any dignity. Workers over there are excellent. They have to remember that they to have started from zero

Especially this lakshmipuram branch... Worst staff... Rude and behave like IAS officers. They feels like bill gates. Even after several negative reviews about staff rude behavior , the shop owner is not taking any action, why. Most of 5 star review s are by their other branch staff only.
