Staffs are never punctual. They ask us to wait half an hour but the staff will be available after 2 hours. If you come to this hospital, you can't go anywhere or do anything. Just sit in the lobby. In the matter of money, they compel to tell the amount we can give them. No understanding, no mercy. Just money money money!

Worst hospital i have ever seen in my life specially the behaviour of management team behave with patient parites is worst specally named shruti madam billing department she dont have manner to talk with patient parties hope all you wear beware before going to that hospital

One of lootera hospital I ever seen in my life.i had very very bad experience here.they will do all unnecessary steps to pull money from your pocket ,they says different rate for for doctor charge and bed charge but in reality they charge 3 times extra than they said before admit here. And treatment is not good at all. I swear you will be regretted if you visit this Rama hospital. Not recommended this hospital

Even 1star doesn't deserve this hospital. 1st of all I didn't get good treatment for my patient, and I decided to change hospital and they made bill very very high bill 10 times more. Honestly suggesting never ever visit this hospital.!

Doctor was not on time. The patient had to wait for 2 hours empty stomach which was very hard. The staff keeps on ignoring when asked

The treatment of this healthcare is amazing and nurses are very kind and always ready to care of their patients. Already got better treatment of my grandmother and she is fit and fine after the treatment and it's very hygiene hospital.. I must say it's a best Nursing Home in siliguri. Highly recommend And amazing official staff and management

Faltu service, extra charges are maximum, whatever the patient is suffering from, all diagnostics are required Diagnostics centre not hospital

Had a good experience here. The facilities are very nice and the staffs are very efficient. I received really good treatment here. The experience was very comfortable as the diagnostic tests were done very fast and effectively as I got all the facilities under the same roof
