Dear Srinivasarao Basu(owner of the travel company), please don't write fake positive reviews for you own company which is worst and very unethical in its operations. It is not the tariff which is cheap, its your attitude, your behaviour, your company and its services. Dear customers, I payed advance money 30 days prior and reserved two buses for my family function. In the last minute, he(Srinivasarao Basu) himself informed me with out remorse or courtesy that buses will not be provided and his way of convey this negative message to me is truly harsh. He told advance will be refunded. It is been 60 days since I payed the advance, I have never received a single penny so far. I made at least 2 calls a day for last 60 days to no avail. When ever I called, he would say "I never listen to you ,you should listen to me if you need your money, with a very abusive tone". Everyday he would lie to me that money will be transferred by end of the day. Finally he told that he/his company is not responsible for the money and asked me to get lost with out any regret. Now I don't understand why he made me plead him for my money for 60 days which inflicted me a lot of trauma. Please don't encourage this kind of people who dont have any shame and don't choose this travels for your tours which remains as an absolute waste of your money. I am sure he will provide you a very painful experience. Thank you for reading my painful review.
