We can only defame the things that had fame before, but after experiencing your service I can conclude that you never had fame. You don't know how to talk and behave with customers. And yes you are right that this is aggression but we were 5 who ordered but we all friends had the meal and the review is 100% genuine. And we never want to defame anyone and why will we its just that we are helping others know the truth and make them not waste there money. And we dont carry any grudges against you or any lf your staff and you cant say 3 cheap boys we coud have used defaming words which might hurt your goodwill but we didn't its a very bad response from your end you must check in your place first that whats wrong with your people .
