Such a WorsttttT hospital in town! We've admitted the patient in this hospital , for a leg fracture because of a road accident this morning 11Am. Till now, only first aid treatment got done. Dr Dinesh Ram Kumar is like a doctor in a tamil feature film #rmnnaa! Just Waitinggg for the answer 'yes' for surgery.. I'm still wondering, why they've admitted an ortho patient in the intensive care unit for a minor fracture.. Even though, a small drip bottle is the aid given by the nurse practitioner in the hospital & they don't know when will the Chief doctor head's in for the further proceedings.. Please don't ever step in to this hospitals! No... Means NO!

I was admitted to room 306 on the 3rd floor, and I must say the professional doctors instilled confidence in me. The nursing staff's dedication, available 24/7 for assistance, deserves a 5-star rating. Additionally, the housekeeping team was excellent, cleaning the room twice a day and providing immediate assistance for any cleaning-related requests. Overall, the services were excellent, and we were highly satisfied with all aspects of our stay.

Today first time I came to this hospital for my mother sickness..and Dr.PRV Thirumoorthy sir Vsiit..This is my first visit...During my mother's discussion.. simply other patients are also allowed in the cabin..I wonder how..And also Inbetween lot of persons coming and going..not nurses..some other persons..and one more thing..Here No one bother about you... Everything you need to ask...Even When we need to drink the Tonic..Before food or After food...what to do next..pls guide me..guide me..like that...Not only Medical shop...No one consider you here...Im feel unhappy...But earlier I visited some other places like...1st Entry fee...Then Doctor Visit..Then injection & Billing system... That's a Good process...Here.Very poor Process Following.. Anyone can do Everything like that. Thank God... atleast one nurse Mrs.Sheela Guided my mother.. Special thanks to atleast for Her.

My daughter admitted on 7th oct and discharged 10th oct.but room amount charged 4 days but I paid the bill after that I think and I need to get clear bill and my money.i talked with rampolyclic MD Dr Dinesh ramkumar through Google chat and he asked about my inconvenience, after that reduced room amount and gave discount also.Thank you so much for your support.

I am Anandan-Kannusamy today my wife appointment token get it 4.15om Dr.sagunthala madam still now we are waiting 7.31pm (visit time 6pm-8pm) This is too late, customer review charges also received 200Rs Please take action immediately this type of issues upcoming days.

It's was a great medical care and good hospitality. Dr. Shankutala madam was so cool. All the medical staff and front office personal are very good in reaching out for all help. The third floor medical care staff are so cool and very much supportive. Love from sudhir, binu, navami & our new born baby girl.Very thanks. Keep going.

In reception they do not know the time,they are working own work,1st preference for patients only on time urgency I suggest to immediately to take token or other things will be better

This hospital is very worst. They do not know how to use their time properly and increase the waiting time of the patients. Especially Dr. Karthikeyan, a urologist, comes to the hospital on his own accord. Sir Please learn time management
