Rooms are bit on expensive side according to size. Food was delicious and service was top notched. Covered from mountains on three side and lake view in front make u feel the serenity of nature's beauty. If room price can be a bit on lower side then it can be the perfect gateway for people looking for calm and soothing place in lap of mountains.

Wonderful property, Room was very neat & clean. I had amazing time with my partner here which we enjoyed thoroughly. We enjoyed the evening in pool with infinity view of the property along with Siliserh Lake. Staff is really nice and helpful. They will feel you like a King/Queen when your staying there. It will be great if they can add Bath tub/Jacuzzi in the room.

There was theft of Rs 38,000 from my room and the Management was very arrogant with me on this issue. They didn't even ask or enquired from any of their staff on this theft. A very disappointing attitude. Visitors are advised to be careful about their belongings.

Tried calling the resort several times for booking but no one ever called me back and even tried other number still no responce after getting Assurance that someone will call. If the reservation desk so unprofessional don't know how will the service will be.

It was one day vacation with family and kids. Thou the place is very good and mesmerizing and relaxing but I would point few of pros and cons of the property: Cons: 1. Check-in: You might not get the room before 12 pm, if t is weekend. We got our around 1 pm ,that too after argument. 2. Room category: please check your booked room category and room you are getting at the time of reaching the hotel. We didn't realise while being there, but when we reached home and checked the room. We had booked delux lake view room but we were given normal delux room.which we thought was cheating from hotel side. Because they have all the details, despite of that they gave us normal delux room. 3. Breakfast: breakfast timing is from 8- 9.30- 10 am. We had our safari next morning from 6. Safari site is about 1 hr away from the hotel. So we requested at reception to arrange for some breakfast, but they straight forward refused to provide. But then afterwards when we spoke with restaurant staff, they served the breakfast when we returned back from safari around 11 am. Which was very generous of them. So speak with restaurant people rather than with reception person. Reception people were very RUDE and NOT COPERATIVE. Pros: 1. Wonderful property 2. Best place to spend time with family or friends. 3. They have sports activities like badminton, caram , TT at there property. You can take with any things else you wish. 4. Cultural program and hi tea the best thing. 5 . Driver's accomodation and food is available , so you can travel with ur driver.

The staff's discourteous behavior, especially that of the manager, creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Staying at this hotel may not instill a sense of security. decent place being run by bad management. Pros: Outer view is good Cons: Rude staff (Mr Neeraj and Narendra ruined our stay). No telephone network. No wifi. No room service. Only buffet food. No alacarte. No tv. No. refrigerator. Outside view not visible from rooms since windows are blocked by plants.
