Our experience was average at this hospital. The biggest disappointment for me is the facilities and the staff. The facilities were mediocre and staff are untrained. However, after we complained on the first day, there was a change and we noticed some improvement. The prices were modest considering how other hospitals over charge you for simple things. I liked this hospital for their fair pricing and tariff. Since it's small hospital and no in-house speciality doctors, doctor consultations are expensive for the mediocre facilities of this hospital. Update after an year of my first review above - most of the statement above remains the same. Nurses are still untrained, doctors are over expensive for a mediocre hospital but the tests and other facilities are affordable. Only addition is that they have started providing food for patients, however the food is not patient friendly, it's extremely spicy which will create more problems for the patient.

I visited Rakshit hospital looking for ENT specialist, when we reached hospital doctor wasn't available, we enquired at the reception they asked as to wait for 10 minutes, out doctor came. Doctor was so cool he understood the issue clearly and explained so patiently and after a very long gap like more than 6 months we saw him, he remembered us just by seeing us wow. Do wear a mask while entering the hospital and even after leaving,good for everyone.
