Third class hospital with overpriced rates. I had been there for delivery. They used to beat my child while feeding him milk. Staff is rude and manner less.

Can understand the experience many people might have witnessed. But Trust me I've been visiting this hospital since years. But always received a courteous gesture only from all staff specially Doctors. In fact so many times we have never been charged full fees also at times due to our frequent visits to Hospital miltiple times for different consultations. Of course there's been delays in Docs visits sometimes but only due to their absorption with other critical cases in other hospitals too.

I had met with a bike accident near Jogeshwari East, Western Express Highway. Since i was losing blood fast, the local people took me to Raksha Muli speciality Hospital since it was the closest. The hospital staff did attend me on priority, the doctors were arranged and I was treated and operated on a very immediate basis. I thank the doctors and the staff here who literally saved my life and thanks to them I am doing much better now. Their medical decisions and the overall wound cleaning services, medication prescription really helped me in getting well fast. There was a contused lacerated wound above my eyebrow which was stitched very nicely by Dr. Priti and her nursing team under guidance from Dr. Amit. I appreciate their help and guidance. The overall experience, hospitality and the co-operation given by the nursing staff and the doctors were really helpful and I am glad that I was taken in this hospital. Would definitely give them a very excellent rating. Suggestions:- - limited beds - hospital is inside a residential building

Not only expensive They charge you extra for multiple doctors visit and keep you for longer duration you cant even take them to other hospital as you are not ready to take risk of loosing loved ones. Insurance company pays only half of the amount that you claim saying un necessary charges included. Lets hope all doctors are honest and follow integrity. There is no other way than trusting them blindly.

One of the MOST worst and dangerous hospital.they Doctor, Med clinical,Staff, management, receptionist have no moral and ethics. They are LOOTING patients and make their conditions more serious by using unwanted dose drug's/injections and make their Life critical and they're not able to handle situation they are forcing to transfer other hospital This has really happen in case of my Mother. They are many complaints / Negligence cases (it's not Negligence but criminal) against the doctor receptionist and hospital mngt so pls don't go this hospital..STAY AWAY from this hospital if you really love your dear ones.

Please DO NOT admit your loved ones in this scam of a hospital. It's not a hospital at all, rather it's a shop run by people who pretend to be professionals. The doctor makes promises he cannot keep. He will assure you that he and his incompetent staff will take care of you, and once you step into their premises, no one will actually help you. Even before you bring in the patient, the girl at the counter will hound you for money. This girl has zero manners, zero professionalism and she insults people with no regard of whom she is speaking to. She shouts at elderly people, at confused, stressed out relatives, and doesn't help them. Some people wander the premises in tears. Then there's the staff. The 'nurses' who scream and laugh and gossip out loud in the ICU. They don't allow you to see your relatives even if you beg. At least not until they've slipped into a coma and there's nothing but a few moments left. They don't feed the patients, or tend to them. They also abuse a patient who can barely breathe. And they laugh and gossip around a recently demised patient's bed. Not only do they lack the skills to save lives, they also lack basic human decency. The hospital itself is a crammed, suffocating place occupying the first floor of a residential building. The water tank near the entrance leaks all over the floors and no one bothers to clean it. Relatives of patients are treated like animals and shouted at, yelled at. There's no food provided. There's only one ventilator. The doctor barely comes around to tend to the patients, barely takes the time to inform the relatives or speak to them. I've seen good doctors, and he isn't one. Apart from this, these people run tests for no reason other than adding to an already huge bill. They give unneeded medicines and drugs. They have no regard for a patient. They simply do not care whether a person lives or dies. And once your loved one is close to the end, they throw their hands up and ask you to make major decisions in a way that all responsibility lies with you and no one else. They ask you to transfer to another hospital when the patients is in such a bad state that you cannot move them. And once your loved one is no more they snap at you and scream at you to move the 'body' and make way for the next patient-the next victim. These people are abusive, negligent. I refuse to believe this is a medical center and not a scam being run by a greedy, egotistical salesman. Covid has only led to more and more desperate people turning at their doors. These people have single handedly lowered all the respect I had for medical profession. Please don't go to this hospital.

I was admitted here best place of you want to feel like home and also get better quickly. Staff are super friendly and doctors are very smart and humble.gave good discount on bills thank you doctor kabra

They are taking 6000 rupees for 1 day in general ward and medicine and other required equipment cost from outside which you will be charged around 30,000 + within 3 days which is similar to ICU charges. Also staff are very rude like government hospitals.
