Not only that their appointment process is inefficient, their staff is also unprofessional. They keep gossiping with eachother while patients wait for hours. The most awful thing is they want patients to wait and nobody cares for the convenience of patients. My experience with RKC is pathetic. It's better to visit a Govt. Hospital.

Dr. Amit suri looks geniune but raksha kidney centre looks fishy. If you call them for an appointment they would first collect all your identity details but won't book appointment saying it is first come first serve procedure in their centre (why did you collect my data then?). Now when you reach there and submit your name for consultation, they would give you a serial number. I saw them writing my name in the patients serial list, they deliberately left blank serials above me to fill in their preferable patients, even when I had reached there before them. And the rate of tests are higher than the standard jammu prices. P.S: purpose of writing this is that I liked the doctor and clinics like these taints reputation of good doctors in the long run.

I visited Raksha kidney centre and their was a staff girl named Amandeep kour and she is very dedicated towards her work and look after every client .very humble nature

The appointment & booking process is extremely inefficient & inconvenient. They make appointments a day before and then make you stand in lines to get the token number. You have to stand in queues or visit as early as 8:30 in the morning for booking where as the doctor starts seeing patients at 10am. So be prepared to wait for long before you go to RKC.

I've been going to Raksha Kidney Centre for a while now, and I can confidently say that they have the best dialysis centre in Jammu. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff is incredibly caring and attentive.

Raksha Kidney Centre has the best nephrologists in Jammu especially kajal ma'am. They were so knowledgeable and helpful, and I felt comfortable and confident in their abilities.
