My mother in law underwent knee surgery on 19 Jan 2023 in this hospital and she is no more today. We lost her on 24 Feb due to massive heart attack. Our family is shell shocked and still not able to understand what went wrong. We came to know she has been given heavy stitches(old model one) which has to be removed explicitly after few days of surgery.Despite have advanced technologies we are not sure what went wrong and we believe it's because of the surgery we lost her. Hope our experience saves someone else life. Please be aware and careful.

I was admitted to Raksha hospitals for my spine surgery.Initially they collected me 50000 as caution deposit. But the accounts and insurance team were so good on coordinating the insurance company. They didn't collect me a single rupee after that and they refunded my deposit money also.Keep doing the good work.
My son Thakshith was admitted to Raksha hospital for his leg fracture.Their treatment was so pleasing my son didn't felt pain after the surgery. My son sharvanth was admitted raksha hospital and they didn't charge us a single penny.Initally my son was treated for everything he fells down as fractures surgery. After consulting with Dr.shyam and we came to know that our son has some very rare bone disease. Since he's a kid none other doctors are not ready to operate on my son.
