Nice complex with amenities like health club swimming pool and plenty of apartments with lift facilities. Reaching there is not difficult either.
Good view . The apartments are good . The builders should try to arrange some transport facilities for the house holders to go to the nearest auro stand or bus stand . They should promote markets around the places as this will fetch them more customers and it could be the extra remuneration for the builders. Atmosphere is good . The community hall need to be extended a bit
Quiet homely place to live in. Residents celebrate all festivals with equal respect. A little away from the hustle and bustle of city life with all facilities and requirements for daily living.
Construction quality is poor. Even the newly constructed flats have cracks on the wall. Sperate meter is not provided yet. High vhances of water logging as well
Great ambiance ,Surrounded by lakes, reminds country life , which makes a favorable blend with urban sociology, but Construction is tremendously bad, overall an unprofessional group. Being a technocrat , I will not recommend this brand.
Nice place but availability of public transport is quite difficult here. Quite spacious inside the complex & well maintained.
Wonderful place to have a home in. The residential complex is surrounded by greenery all around and bounded by huge lakes on two sides. The community is wonderful and the people are very helpful.
Bad built quality. Substandard material. Delayed delivery. Whoever is planning to buy will regret soon. I am one of the customer and suffering like hell. Worst customer service, worst developer. Most of its building is not sold yet. I am highly disappointed. Don't go for it.
