I am staying at this hotel now with my family of 3 members. My wife, daughter and me are well satisfied with the hotel. Initially, I was confused to choose the hotel due to reviews of bad toilet and malfunctioning of A/c, which I informed to Ms. Meena before booking, however she assured me that it's not the case and everything is working fine. We are having good time here and due to SRM UNIVERSITY enrollment process, we may stay here for around 10/12 days and I recommend this hotel for longer stay. Same building, you have KFC, Burger King, Domino's and A2B (famous veg South Indian restaurant chain). Opposite of hotel, you get GST food street, so food is not an issue. Uber, Ola is outside the hotel. Shared auto is best here for traveling any distance with just 10Rs. Very near from SRM UNIVERSITY. Overall nice stay is going on .
Very spacious rooms, but worst service and facilities. No car parking If AC doesn't work, it doesn't work dot No hot water for shower No kettle or any other aminities in the room. Staff behaviour not so good.
Not worth for money...high price but service zero, no tv, no wifi, already high price but another charge for AC, no water heater... I ask reception regarding these they simply said this is Chennai we got only less but huge price had to pay u r wish to stay... No blankets, soaps and towels...simply cheating only money

Very good budget friendly family hotel close to SRM University. Well behaved staffs are always available.
Room is spacious. They will clean the room if asked.... bathroom has rusted showers and basins and broken seat. 4 stars for good room. The location is amazing and close to SRM. Food won't be an issue you have a lot of options of restaurants.
There were no rooms available at the time I reached. I was traveling towards Chennai with family (3 heads). Enquired about rooms at reception and the receptionist took the details. I need a double bed room and an extra bed. He started blabbering that two male and a female are not allowed to stay and it is illegal. Even after I told him it's my family he started miscommunicating rudely and doesn't bother to provide the tarrif. Actually my intend was to get a knowledge of the tarrif around Chennai, as I have already booked rooms at The Vijay Park Near Airport, Guindy. So please do note this particular hotel which not family friendly.
