Raju Neuro And Multi Specialty Hospital - Hospital in Rajamahendravaram - East Godavari, India

My mother got chest pain and admitted her in Raju Neuro Multi Speciality Hospital on Sunday morning 6AM duty doctor took ECG reports and moved her to ICU and Dr Vinod Kumar Cardiologist who treated my mom very well and he used to update us on the status of her health condition. Below are my observations on staying 5days in hospital. Pros: 1. Excellent doctors and good treatment. 2. Communicates in details to the patient Cons: 1.Careless Behaviour of Staff - No proper response from staff i.e.Front Office,Billing, Supervisor and Insurance have to follow up many times with team. 2. Improper maintenance - Untidy rooms, stinking toilets, broken taps and Flush. Lift condition is pathetic. 3. OverCharge - ICU charges, Room Charges and tests are Pretty high... Prices are Competing with corporate hospitals with no basic facilities. 4. No coordination among the teams - No communication or coordination between the teams and working lazy... patient has to suffer for the ignorance. 5. Expects Bribes - For any small work staff expect bribes.Maybe Staff salaries are less asking bribes from all the patients which creates bad opinion on hospital. 6. Insurance Bill - Even If you have any insurance card no matter what need to pay 10k which was not returned even after 1week of discharge. Charged over for Insurance patients than paying money. Without any reason there made patient wait 1day in hospital stating approval not received where I have informed a day before and Insurance team is super lazy and send the reports at 6.30pm as a result need to stay excess in hospital.

"Killed my Father". Admitted my Father due to brain stroke. He has ability to eat but they put pipe through nose. Since we retired railway employee. They want to make as much as money on his name. Since they tied my father legs and hands for more than 9 days. He not able sit and stand because tieing, that cause flum in lungs . They not even thought of removing flum from lungs. Because they don't have pulmonologist specialist. A good doctor or hospital must recommend other hospitals to keep my father life. But they don't even bother about that to make money. THIS NOT MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL. WHAT EVER THE PATIENT CONDITION DON'T ADMIT YOUR LOVING PEOPLE IN THIS HOSPITAL

RECEPTION STAFF doesn't have knowledge about their working hospital and simply providing meaningless information to patients. Very Embarrassing atmosphere all around the hospital Including staff behavior. Maintaining the hospital in the terms is strictly forgotten here,and once again prooved money doesn't provide skill.

Dr.Raghuveer sir , is excellent doctor Had a stool passing issues , Sir done bio feed back therapy for 5 sessions it got cleared , Anyone having this issue of pelvic dysynergia ( difficulty in passing stool ) try Raju neuro multi speciality hospital treatment by dr.Raghuveer sir, He is very friendly doctor listen to your issues and staff also supportive .

Very worst experience No proper communication and support from staff. Not given any instructions or information to the patient or patient attendars at the time of discharge. Simply given discharge summary without giving any medicine and instructions about patient condition. No proper hygiene maintained in IP area.

Treat is OK but OP charge very high Rs. 600. I visited every month for my dad's health They are increase OP changes 650/- first month, 500 2nd month and 3rd month 600.etc.

Complete Money suckers... They made me pay for 2 files as two diff doctors checked the patient, dunno why ..Emergency card: Rs 800 and a regular card: Rs 650. They wanted to admit the patient for 2 days for no proper reason which we refused but they put heavy casualty charges.. plus the horrible ambience...

I visited cardiology department headed by Dr sri Vinod kumar,interventional cardiologist. I undergone PTCA procedure done by Dr sri Vinod kumar.He is an excellent doctor,cordial,best at his treatment and service.His supporting staff are also efficient,friendly Nursing staff, auxiliary services, housekeeping are best. I am most thankful to Dr sri Vinod kumar N. my congratulations to Dr sri venkatraju,heading and running a good hospital. On the third floor there is an ESIC office for the benefit of ESI card holders.
