The upgrade is here, another floor added for cardio and calisthenics. New machines for weight training. However the quality is questionable
they have moved to the right now, on top of the Manik's Super market. Its more congested. the previous trainers have left. not more the same as he had started years back, charges are not worth of paying. better gym with cross-fit availability are present in the panaji/ porvorim areas.
Equipment damaged and not maintained. Dusty. Ac leaks often. Zero focus on maintaining gym discipline. Weights are thrown all over the floor and rarely re-racked. On floor staff and management seem more focused on scoring brownie points with local politico members.

Third class gym in town....ac doesn't work....trainers are irregular...damaged equipments....don't ever think of joining this third class gym...
