I had a wonderful experience with Rajputana Cab. I booked a taxi to take me from Jaipur to Ajmer, and the driver was on time and very friendly. The car was clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth. I would definitely recommend Rajputana Cab to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable taxi service in Jaipur.

I booked cab from Rajputana for 13 days of Rajasthan and Agra tour... Pros : 1. Excellent driver : We were really lucky to have Asharam Bhaiya as our driver.We travelled almost 10-14 hours almost everyday and he was there with great attitude. We went as a family with elderly people and a kid. He helped us thru the entire journey with them. I would sincerely recommend him to anyone. 2. Excellent Guide : We had Rajkumar bhaiya as our guide in Jaipur. I travelled a little in India and abroad. He was one of the best guides I have ever met. Not only he is knowledgeable, but also extremely cooperative. He managed to show us everything we wanted to see and also guided us beautifully around those. He explained the Jantar Mantar in as good as possible way. He suggested a lot of good things as well. I would happily recommended him to anyone. Mention: There was a little miscommunication between the owner and me regarding the car pricing i.e. what we have verbally decided when booked the cab about the pricing,while communicating later, there was some issues. Anyways, we sorted it out and it went fine at the end of the day. Overall the experience was really good. I would give them 5 stars if the miscommunication wouldn't happen. So, if possible, please communicate with them totally written manner. They are good, they can be better.

Great experience with Rajputana Cab. Did a day trip from Jaipur to Agra and our driver - Shakti Singh - was excellent. Vehicle was in good condition, Shaktiji drove smooth, well and also helped arrange for great guides at Taj Mahal and Fatehpur Sikri. Would definitely recommend them!

He is a cheater, please stay away, The team also warned not to give poor review, if you do they will file some false police complain. Also if you give a bad rating they simply deny the booking, while I have all the communications with them

On day one when I landed in jaipur my experience was bad ....but the next day I hired rajputana cab ...people at rajputana cab service were polite and professional ....I got mr sanjay on day one who had good knowledge and also acted a guide ...we liked him a total ....next day we again asked the same cab company but got partap singh as as driver....he was nice but consistently denying our requests ...that is why I am giving one star less due to him denying our request time and again ....in jest sanjay better than partan singh..

very bad experience, very old cars and if u complaint the manager mr dilip singh says that u are trying to take a discount. Very very ugly behaviour i must say

Pathetic service. They don't care for customer / passengers at all. Dirty vehicle. Overall no service standards. I was travelling with family from Agra to Lucknow and their driver was using all abusive language on phone calls and didn't even bother after repeated warnings. Called their owner and he even asked us to deboard the taxi in middle. Shameful act.
