Within a very short time I learned asanas that I have never practiced before, I learned how actually a prayer and chanting OM impacts our vibe, aura and day to day life as well. Ma'am is so professional so nice in nature so calm and her way of teaching asanas is amazing, I just loved this place the yoga team is so supportive and helpful , if you really interested in yoga , pranayam and asanas just go for it.
Awesome ambiance and a great yoga teacher Rajini mam. I have cervical pain since 2013 and now after 1 month yoga classes my cervical pain gone Mam's nature so humble & polite.There's a perfect place for learning yoga and learn how to leave peaceful , healthy life..
