I recently had the misfortune of visiting Rajkot Airport, and I must say that I was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. To put it bluntly, the airport is a disaster. First of all, it's far too small for the number of flights that it tries to handle. This leads to overcrowding, long wait times, and a general sense of chaos. It's clear that the airport is trying to do too much with too little, and it's the travelers who suffer as a result. To make matters worse, the washrooms at Rajkot Airport are downright disgusting. They are unhygienic, unkempt, and quite frankly, a health hazard. It's appalling that an airport would allow such conditions to persist, especially given the importance of cleanliness during travel. Overall, I cannot recommend Rajkot Airport to anyone. It's a poorly-managed facility that is simply not up to the task of handling the number of flights that it tries to accommodate. The unhygienic washrooms only add insult to injury. If you have the option, I would strongly suggest avoiding this airport altogether.

I had a wonderful experience at Rajkot Airport during my recent trip. The airport staff were friendly. While i am check-in and security processes quick. The airport itself is clean and there are seating areas and shops to keep you comfortable and entertained while waiting for your flight. I was also impressed with the flight timings and the overall organization of the airport. Rajkot Airport is my expectations, and I look forward to using it for my future travels.

SMALL BUT VERY CLEAN.. ALL AIRPORT STAFF IS VERY GOOD FOR CONVERSATION.. IF YOU ARE LATE FOR FEW MINUTES FOR CHECK IN THEN THAY ARE VERY HELPFUL FOR THIS

The Airport is really small & the crowd management is really bad due to which even the staff behave in rude manner. I agree it's a huge task to manage so much crowd but even they have to keep their cool & serve customers happily. Airport authorities should do something & increase the Airport size.

I recently visited the small airport in Rajkot, and I must say it was a unique and nostalgic experience. The airport's old architecture, vintage furniture, and classic design gave it a charming appeal. There isn't a doubt about the fact that i am a big fan of Large airports with new amenities but this small cute airport will always be remembered. Despite its small size and limited facilities, the airport efficiently served its purpose. The check-in process was smooth, and the security procedures were handled professionally. The departure lounge, though very small and cozy, provided a comfortable space to wait for my flight. One downside was the absence of an airport lounge, which was disappointing considering the decent amount of traffic the airport receives. It would have been nice to have a dedicated area to relax before boarding. Overall, the airport's quaintness and historical significance added a special touch to the visit. While I'm excited for the opening of the new airport, I will miss the unique character and nostalgic ambiance of this old airport. Pros - Located in the heart of the city, plenty of parking place. Cons- Oldie, No Lounge and Limited Food Counters.

Good airport though only a few flights takeoff and land here but the airport has basic services and it's really helpful to have a airport in this region. This airport is small and only operates air India and indigo flights.

Very big area. Nice place and nice staff and security.all flights from rajkot to ahmdabad,delhi and surat and mumbai also were take off and arrivals are there . Very strict security. Parking facility also there.

I like some in this airport are Very minimalistic & simple airport. 1. Checking in was very fast as this airport is not crowded. 2. Small airport with good cleanliness and hygienic upkeep. 3. Music was a bit loud which can be improved. 4. Has a small cafeteria which serves coffee and stuff. 5. Has souvenir shop as well. Overall a very good experience It's okay. It's a small airport. Not many flights operate from here. The number of passengers is also less. There is only one tea, coffee and snacks shop is accessible only after the security check. The airport needs another tea shop in the waiting area before the security check for passengers who arrive well ahead of their flight time. Airport seriously need some renovations and more counters and space also needed in boarding pass section. Overall it's good. Ground crew of spicejet is really good and kind, I had in person queries for my revised flight and they helped very kindly.
