Park is maintained just ok. Playing ground is not usable. Playing ground fully covered with waste dirt materials. Kids playing ground is also not usable due dirt and filled with water.
A well maintained park within walking distance of all the apartments in the Perungudi, Rajiv Nagar area. The municipality Staff cleans the place everyday. Additionally, they have fitness equipments which are good for the morning workout. The place is surrounded by trees which ensures you don't get burnt under the sun. The walking path in the park is 212 meteres long. The park also has children play area that is maintained well. If you live nearby, go visit one morning.

No one is there to take care of this park. Some youngsters playing cricket using hard tennis ball such a dangerous thing to keep safe infants. Lovers doing nonsense as usual.

Well maintained park by society. Ample playing area for kids, basic workout machines in good conditions. Also kids playing equiments are in good condition. Recommended for people looking out morning & evening walk/ jog in and around telephone nagar area Perungudi. Can spend quality time with family/friends. Opens at 5 am and closing time by 9:30 pm. Decent and well maintained park. Enough space and paved track for walking or jogging. Children's play area and few equipmensts for exercise as well. Martial arts and silambattam classes were conducted by a master in the park. Overall a good place for exercise or relaxation.

Kendriya Vihar has 3 blocks A, B & C. Each block has three separate parks. A block park just surrounded by all A block houses and it's always lively. You can see kids playing in front of our houses safely. I love this park most.
This place is very calm and beautiful. Full of trees and there is lot of space of walking. Many chairs are there for sitting. This was a dump yard converted to tree park with many native trees(600) varieties. Elderly, kids enjoy this place very much.
