Hospital infrastructure is good but the nurses should be more professional. Doctors are good. Lift service have to be improved like having lift operators in the lifts so that elderly people feel safe to use the lift.

Very good and neatly maintained hospital. Went to the Cardiology section. Had a very nice experience. Have a Milma Parlour near Casualty. Nice scenery around. Frequent power failures. As others have mentioned, no Swiping machine, UPI or ATM. Need to carry cash all the time. But the big corridors and waiting areas are very much maintained. Friendly staffs too.

We went to Dr Anup Gopinath for my mother's heart treatment in May 2023. She got her angioplasty done there. Dr Anoop is super packed and works day and night. Really tiring work. Appreciate his dedication. The cardiac ICU is not managed properly. The visitors are not asked to wear a mask even though the corona was still prevalent. Most of the nurses in ICU are indulgent on their mobile phones and don't do the work that doctors ask them to do on time. Doctor some times have to say it multiple times to get things done. However there are a few nurses who are dedicated. The patients in cardiac ICU are given the Idli, Kanji (rice soup) and tea only. I wonder why they can't give some healthy food for the patients. Moreover bystanders need to be always wauting outside to bring food and medicines from time to time. It is really old way to have bystandera running for these things that too even in ICU. Why can't they have some support staff to take care of these. The lifts wont stop at the basement where the canteen is. The patients and bystanders have to climb down the stairs for this. The canteen is located in basement and looks kind of left out from the rest of the hospital. The food is fine, just basic, but i liked it. Some of my family members don't like it though.

I came along with my uncle, for his Holter Monitor Test (heart check up), He consulted with Dr Anoop Gopinath (Cardiologist), we heard that the Doctor has well experienced in his field and there are many people suggested the same with us. In our experience also the doctor and other staffs are very cooperative and well professional in their own field. I haven't seen a huge crowd in the hospital but there are sufficient staffs in all departments. On the other hand, the hospital management have taken importance for the cleanliness, I found many staffs for the housekeeping, as a result, it looks clean and tidy everywhere.

Bad service of senior nurses and they are rude. hours have taken for preparation of bill. Some nurses enjoying their mobile phone in heart patients CCU room

My mother is counselting Dr anoop Gopinath for cardio ..doctor treatment is good for that only we are visiting the hospital..for booking cardigo department attending the call and putting the receiver on table full time line busy and telling hold the line.. all time I'm calling the emergency number they connect the cardio section but no one attending the call. Waste service then y are u giving such contacts numbers? If the management is good and discipline then only it's become a good trade mark

Good service, good facilities, large hospital near palakkad town. Size of canteens doesn't match the hospital size. Lifts are not 24*7. Maybe due to the huge space, the hospital looked half empty the time I had visited. Bystander rooms are very basic, with least amenities.
