Great value fo money. Extremely helpful staff as we arrived for check-in at 11:30 at night and checked-out at 4:30 AM in the morning. They even arranged for a tourist car for us during this time.
Bad Service, Arrogant staff. Ask everything before check in. Only the hotel and rooms looks good. Management or staff may be unsatisfied, not willing to give service, reply rudely. In my room the TV was not working 3 out of four power sockets were not working. No kitchen in the morning. They cannot arrange tea from outside and rudely told me that Go and take it from outside, we don't have staff. Something wrong with the owner and staff. Overall not recommended. But may trt again if the management seriously takes any action and improves the quality of services.
Nice place to stay. Rooms and bathroom are clean and spacious with all facilities.
Great ambiance , You can stay here & reach mahabaleshwar within 30 min. Roadside property , Clean & hygiene Rooms with AC & Non AC facilities. Big parking [P] assessment with Gated community.
Specious room but not well maintained property
Rooms looks good in photos but they are not clean, toilets has staines and buckets are in the worst condition, food is okay but dishes are stained, rooms blankets and towels stinks . Rooms and toilet just required proper cleaning.
16/04/22 (It's a long one but please take time to read it) Pit Stop! Yes, this hotel is nothing but a Pit stop. In formula 1 racing after certain laps the car takes a short break to change tyres, refueling and then hits the circuit. This hotel is best for a pit stop. Stop, rest and go. Do not expect anything better. Don't go by the photos, they're the honeytraps. Yes, the rooms are as cool as it look in the review snaps but..... 1) Toilet window can be easily accessed from behind as there is duct way through the common passage. Be ready to be clicked. 2) Main window in the room is an open invitation for thieves as it has no safety grill. 3) A/C is just a show wallpiece. It runs but no cooling at all. As we were checking in, there were already three guests were complainig about the same. So I do asked the attendant whether am going to face the same problem? To which he denied politely with a smile on his face and said just wait for 15-20 minutes after turning on it, then you'll feel the cooling. Yes, he was LYING. After complaining 6/7 times the guy at reception gave me another remote and said now try with this remote ac wil work for sure. And oh yes, lift is on undetermined strike so I had to take the stairs to 2nd floor for 5 times because, 4) because As were four, the bed was insufficient for us so I demanded for an extra mattress. At first the attendant said there are no spare mattresses available. But after sometime the guest in neighbouring room got the extra mattress. I again approached the reception requesting for a mattress but as expected No Show. I again tried calling from intercom, reception guy confirmed and assured me but but but this time also I didn't get any. 5) Thanks to toilet and main room windows I couldn't sleep whole night fearing for my family's safety. The attendant was drunk, the two guys at reception never said no to anything but never fulfilled a single demand. Whenever you ask them anything they make a face like a student at the exam who can not recall a single answer out of whole question paper. 6) Recommending only for men who are driving late night and need to take quick nap. Famillies just stay away. Prices are cheaper and you may also get a better deal if you negotiate a bit. Rooms are clean but the pillow covers, bed sheet were not changed. They don't clean the room or change the bedsheets after a checkout. Beware of the sugar coated reviews. There is more to add but It's almost 5 in the morning and am feeling sleepy. And yes not going to extend the stay as planned.
We stayed here for a night & it was worth it. Staff was very disciplined & guy at reception was very welcoming. Lift was not working but clean bathroom & good room services made up for it... Overall a good place if u r passing by and need a place to stay...:)
