The service is pathetic and the staff behaviour is very rude and inconsiderate.
We stayed there for 2 days, when in the morning there was no water in the hotel.
We asked the staff but they said the motor malfunctioned, and we ask for help to arrange water.
But the staff gave no response and went to sleep shamelessly.
Don't stay here.

Area wise and rate wise property was ok but in terms or hygiene and neatness. It is pathetic, i was in too early and tired that's why I couldn't check the room in first look. But later I found cockroachs every behind the bed on the wall on the floor. The washroom was full of rust. Owner should take care of his property and must do some renovations

Booked online on mmt for 2 rooms, when we reached they denied check-in. Saying that we don't take any online booking, it's not just denying but the way they were talking very badly like they were drunk... Things were going toward fight... Don't ever book this hotel... with this staff behaviour not sure how it's running.

Overall nice stay, staffs are good and polite, quick response by the hotel staffs. Food could have been better with both quality and quantity. Also the pillows are not so good, really small and not upto the mark.
