Rooms are large, bed is comfortable for the price they charge. But lacking in basic cleanliness, bathroom fittings are broken, water is not clear, even the dust bin had not been cleared before we checked in. For the price and for lack of options nearby you can put up with it.
Worst experience ever...no drinking water provided....even one litre for a room....u have to buy it from here... And room looks and feels like cheapest lodge... Not worth for the money we spend

The biggest mistake I made while traveling all over India was booking a room here. ac is not working, the TV is not recharged and they are not ready to do that. All charges were levied when the facility was vacated. Except for this hotel, I got excellent service everywhere in the Malabar region
Very very disappointed about the service and staff. Staff was extremely rude and did not look into our needs. We got the room keys after a wait for one hour, finally after receiving the keys there was no water in the washrooms. And to make things worse there were plenty of mosquitoes in the night hence my whole family couldn't sleep. I would definitely not recommended this place for anyone to stay. Very pathetic service
Good really affordable rooms. Got two queen size beds in one room for my family for very affordable price. Only issue was old bathrooms.

There is no genuinity in booking. There was a booking for which I confirmed 2 days before and when I reach on the date from the reception they told there is no non AC room and only AC room is available which cost double. With no other option and a verbal agreement from them that next day they will give another room. When I checked in only we came to understand that ac is not working. So after argument they made 1000 for that room for a day. For non AC room it is 800 they still took 1000 from us. I don't know what is the logical calculation behind that. Very bad professionalism from them. Any issue is there the guy sitting on the reception is connecting to owner called guy and giving us phone. Not a recomended place
