We have been the customers here since it's opening and shopped a lot. The service is very good in terms of exchange or any minor repairs unlike most branded jewellery shops. Collections are quite good and there s a scope on improving this aspect. However you can get custom jewellery done and they deliver it promptly.

Shady business tactics: They don't disclose the price of individual items; instead, they provide the total cost and pretend to offer discounts, which may not be genuine. For example, they sell artificial beads mala priced at 100 for 11,000/-. Be cautious and avoid falling into this store's trap. They are not transparent about pricing, and they conduct billing in a closed room where customers have no access. It's advisable to choose stores like Malabar or Tanishq for transparency and a trustworthy experience.

Someone recommended this shop to me & I've become a fan of this shop. The shine in the jewel speaks for itself. I don't know how many believe in luck & good vibes but this shop has become our lucky charm. We get something small periodically. The chit schemes are valuable & worth for the money. Their Customer service is impeccable. Special mention, Mr.Vasudeva who is a representative there. Gives valuable suggestions & ideas as per our needs. He has almost become a well wisher. I had a very bad experience with this place. I brought a gold studs they charged so high making charge for that. I received a defective piece later they told me they will repair then they gave me a different piece after two days that studs are also broken. Never visit this place they product quality is pathetic

Very good variety especially Silver stock at economical rates. Made my Akshaya Tritiya special amidst hectic schedule. Srikanth very helpful staff who patiently checked the weight and rates. Got very discounted sterling silver set with pretty pendant and ear rings. Earlier offering in silver for Padmanabhanswamy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram

There is reason to rate this. I have brought gold from many reputed stores but scam at this store - Rajes jewellery is unbelievable. While many have pointed out that the staff inflate the making and wastage and then reduce it to as if they are doing favour, the other biggest frad is they bill artificial stones that comes with gold jewellery at gold rate. If a jewellery weight is 5 GM's and includes 1 gm stone , they charge entire 5 GM's at gold rate, instead on the net weight and separate charge for stone. Charging on net weight is universal practice but they cheat. Such a shame they do it for hard earned money. I have been avoiding this store from many years. I my opinion the best value is at Lalitha jewellery. Unbeatable in price nd best buying experience. Pls Avoid this fraud store
