Nothing multipurpose about it !! Shops on the ground floor where no customer cares to go...... and thsiil on the above floors where there is rush during the office hours .
Too crowded. Authority should make this a vehicle free zone.
This is a shopping complex situated at dispensary road near Ghanta ghar ; where you can encounter book shops, garment shops, small business offices, tailor shops, restaurants for tea snacks e.t.c.

Many people visit this place only for parking,it charges Rs.30 for four wheeler.The Ground floor has shops of electronic items, bakery, shoe shops,leather related stuff,clothes,ethnic wear etc... Parking is at two levels ground and basement,eventhough the parking is ample it is always full as paltan bazar is at close proximity.The floors above that have offices and large government offices(consumer court,ration card etc...)
