Very hospitable and quick service. Loved the sweet daal. They made puri for us as well. The roti as always very nice. Can't complain on the food. They had little ladoos as well

Hospitality was good as usual like in all their outlets. It was less crowded for weekend. I realised for the first time that the overall meal taste and quality was NOT up to the mark. Most of the items were not hot which was surprising. The main attraction Surti Undiyo was lacking taste and appeal. The worst part of Jilebi which was soggy and how can one serve such second hand quality in Rajdhani restaurant. When the person came for second serve I requested him to bring it crispy and he disappeared after that... Rather than dumping the plate with more number of items they should focus on taste and quality. Looks like the main chef was on a holiday .... They served Bisleri bottle and the server said all are included in the meal. Then a person came asking which one we want Kesar Lassi/ Jaljeera/ Lemon drink and then I realised that they are additional charge when the bill came... at least they should inform us in advance... overall I had a very below average experience and disappointed with their poor taste and quality of many items. Hope they critically look at and correct the gaps and bring back their glory

The food is good and the service is great, but it's hard to get past the infestation of cockroaches in this restaurant. There were dozens in the service area and I can't imagine how much worse it is in their kitchen. And we'd noticed them a few weeks ago and pointed them out, but were told that they had just got pest control done and that was flushing them out. We were gullible enough to go again to discover that that was just a cover up. There were cockroaches on the tables and the lady sitting on the table next to ours got up and one fell off her kameez. Management is obviously so concerned about profits that they will not shut the place and get it thoroughly cleaned.

I visited Rajdhani Thali at phoenix mall in kurla. They have number of outlets spread over Mumbai. Excellent ambiance and outstanding personnel service Is experienced there from entering till the end.They come at our table and wash our hands. They offer limitless thali meals at most affordable prices. They do provide some offers, discounts on specified days. There are varieties of speciality items in that thali. A complete food package to enjoy In Mumbai, one can enjoy an incredible lunch or dinner with their family for the lowest possible cost. Talking about the service. So, it is commendable. They don't even keep us waiting to call and serve. The staff is around us to look. Which must be appreciated. A Must visit place!!

On entry you are greeted with a traditional tika and folded hands. The thali has options from farsan, dhokla, daal bati churma, roti, punjabi and desi sabzi and lots more. My favourite of the lot was Bajre ka Rotla with white makkhan, Jalebi with Rabdi, Basundi, meethi daal and Khichdi. A must visit place for your next outing with family or friends or if you are a fooodie..just head there on your own and have a blast.
