Had been to this resort and the experience was so good. The resort is located in heart of the hill. The food served here was decent enough although you can't have sumptuous good. This is the only place found in hill which has easy access to everything.
There must be wifi because sim will not work here and electricity is not working properly.bathroom stopcock were broken already but they ask money for that too we paid also but check everything before occupying room whatever all nature and surrounding were good enjoy it

The location of the place is ideal, if you are planning to visit waterfalls. We didn't stay there, but only went for dinner. So this review is only for the restaurant in the resort. 1. Restaurant was not very clean, There were few insects inside the restaurant. 2. Hospitality of restaurant is bad: When you enter the restaurant you need to look for staff, there is no one at the entry or the reception of restaurant. We didn't want to make any assumption about who was staff and who was visitor, so kinda had to wait, no one still approached , so we went towards the kitchen to finally ask for table. Looks like a table was booked for some govt. official, so this guys asked us to sit outside in the garden. The garden was nice in general, but not an ideal place for dinner because if insects. When we mentioned this, they moved us inside. We waited long for the food. There was no consistency in delivering the food. First they served rotis+paneer then after 20 min, they came with dal. 3. Not very good food: Kadhai paneer was ok, but didn't taste like kadhai paneer. It was excessive oily and spicy. In the name of salad, they gave us some onion, 1 chilli and very old piece of lemon(which was probably 1/10 of actual lemon, see the image. Ps. this is unused lemon) 4. Very limited options in food: Although there menu had enough food items, they were out of most of the things[Again not something you expect in resort]. Running out of 1-2 things I understand, but they only had 1-2 items in every category. We could have complained about this there, but all the 10 members of staff were busy pretending to be taking care of this particular govt. official family.
