Today approached casuality for kidney stone pain. A nurse enquired us and she said to approach counter 3 and to consult at counter 15. Accordingly we approached counter 3 and got registered. Since, the pain is high, we went to casuality for immediate solution after waiting more than an hour at counter 15. When we were explaining the doctor about the issue, suddenly the nurse came and told doctor about what happened earlier. Though we were explaining about pain, the doctor instructed us to act as per nurse's instruction. A nurse is taking a decision whom to treat or not and the doctor without humanity following her instructions. . It seems nurse is having control over casualties than doctor. 3 years before I was treated in the same casuality for the same kidney stone issue and doctor treated me well. When it was under the control of doctor's, the treatment was good. Now?
Hospital authorities should take action on the incident and avoid such instances in future.
There are some good doctors when you admitted here but if you are just come for cheak up there is to rush and the doctors of OPD are so rude especially OPD 1 ground floor and there is to rush between 7am to 2:30 and there are only sum nurses who are good other wise almost every nurse are so rude they treat you like animals
I had gone there for doing sonography (A+P). I told them that I want it done today. I waited from morning to evening and I got it done till 5pm at just rs100. you should stand in long queues politely.
