They said doctor will be available after 5pm but never mentioned it will take 3 hours after 5 pm to get ur ultra sound scanning conducted. no proper power backup as system restart after power failure waste 15mins for reboot.
Reception women's are not good they don't even know how to talk with patients and neither giving any information when asked. No staff are good
The Dentist was not cooperative. She gave the injection.. The area didn't become num but stilll she continued the treatment and said you have to bear the pain.. When I said it's paining alot so she said to" consult any other doctor where you have been visited previously " in a rude way. Worst experience ever...
But reason the control change the receptionist no matter no matter woman there is stupid words for the quality you cannot providing the quality best of your service
No proper communication by the receptionist. Contact number is unavailable half of the time and no proper information about the doctors availability. Highly risky and time consuming for patients coming from a distance to consult at this poly clinic. Staff could be more polite and helpful as it's a charity hospital not a private/corporate clinic.
Good services to the humanity affordable charges on ALL at this hospital. specially Dental dept Dr Anju good care to patients. Whereas ultrasound dept IMPROPER last year jan got scan for Gallbladder stone the lady couldn't able to spot it.
The poly clinic is really good... Especially I want to praise Dr.Ramesh ban(skin specislist) The dr is so well experienced,that just by seeing the face he recognises the problem...full 5 star to his service. Hats off sirgo ahead to him without any 2 thought
The charitable polyclinic is clean and tidy. punctuality of time is not maintained,And doctor's prescription was under commission base with medical shop beside clinic & that medicine is not available at other medicals,(Medical shop staff force to purchase hole prescription otherwise they not provide any medicine. They misbehaves with patients). pls Doctors gave prescription which availables at any pharmacist easily in the city. I request to manegment of trust to take some serious response on this.Thank you.
